   A wonderful experience all around. Attentive but not intrusive service, food was delicious, good-sized portions & gorgeously plated--a restaurant for grown-ups (though I was impressed with the number of families with children there). We were there to celebrate a birthday & our server comped us a lovely slice of key lime pie. We ordered the baked alaska anyway--what a treat!

   Wonderful selection of fresh seafood. Mussel portion was huge. Full pound and gorgeously seasoned and cooked. Bacon wrapped scallops glazed in maple were delightful but not overly sweet. Mains of lobster ravioli and buttered scallops...yummy. Waiter was charming, attentive.

   Wife got her go to seafood casserole, my daughter got her go to lobster mac n cheese, and I had the chefs special brazed shirt rib topped with butter poached lobster. Amazing as always!!

   We normally go to Hemenway's once or twice a year. Decided to go for Mother's Day in mid-afternoon. It was exceptional in every way. My wife had the stuffed shrimp and lobster bisque...both exceptional. I had the pan-seared scallops, which were prepared to perfection. It was the best I had ever experienced from preparation, to presentation, to taste. I also enjoyed the New England Clam Chowder and Wedge Salad. The portions were most appropriate and I was satisfied. The bread pudding dessert was unique as was my wife's Key Lime Pie. Service was the best at a very, very busy time on a very buy day. We were not in a hurry nor did we feel hurried but we were in and out in 90 minutes. I will not hesitate to book Hemenway's again...long before my annual Christmas Eve reservation.

   Service was great! Diego was awesome. Food was just meh. The fluke crudo was not good…fishy. The caesar salad was super soggy, lettuce not crisp. Tasted like leftover salad from yesterday. Other dishes were not outstanding. So sorry! We loved Hemenway’s. May not come back for some time.

   Nice restaurant and service was terrific. Not in love with some of the changes on menu. Did not like change to baked stuff shrimp and not having some of the fish not listed as a la carte any longer. Prefer the old menu and way prepared.

   Had a wonderful experience. Great area to enjoy during the day too. The associate that helped was wonderful! She made the experience amazing. Had the Rhode Island Clam Chowder, Calamari, and assortment of oysters for starters. For mains we had the Paella, Lobster tortellini, and a special which was the Lobster Roll. All were seasoned very well and tasty.

   Paella and scallops were very tasty. Lobster bisque and calamari were also excellent. Mason, our server, was attentive, professional, helpful, and friendly. Thank you for yet another great experience. Highly recommend!
