Great meal. Great service. A staple for my business meetings. Thank you.
The food, drinks and service was excellent. Portions were very small for the high price
The food was Great and the Service very friendly, we went there for Easter Brunch and we had a great time
We were able to sit in front of the kitchen which was nice. It was very slow for brunch but I believe it was because it was new. Pork Hash and whey pancakes were delicious. The Brussels were on another level. Best Brussels I’ve had in a long time.
Service was very good, but they forget to reset after clearing our first course flatware.
The restaurant is beautiful though.
We were seated by ourselves at a table in a partially open room that must be used for private parties. We were assured that others would be seated there so that we weren't sitting by ourselves in an otherwise busy restaurant but in fact we were alone for nearly 2 hours. Drinks were good, food was good but not great and our waiter seemed to have a canned spiel for every question. Not cheap and doubt we will return.
Food was very good. First server we had actually never came back. Second server could have done a much better job describing food and beverage pairing. No discussion of “restaurant week”.
Awesome - best burger ever.
We ate at Heartwood Provisions for a family birthday event. The service and atmosphere was amazing! The food was excellent! If I was forced to point out just one area of improvement, I would say that our food was lukewarm (not piping hot) when we got it. This however, did not ruin our experience, and we will definitely return!
Thanks Heartwood Provisions!
The scallops were excellent, and the Panna Cotta is phenomenal. Not a word I usually associate with Panna Cotta, ha.
So much noise. Food was outstanding but my ears were ringing as we finally got out of there.
Went for SRW and it was absolutely amazing! The Escolar dish in course one was one of the most beautiful dishes I've ever ate!
Me and my friend visited there for Seattle Restaurant Week before the symphony. We ordered almost same menu and both had severe stomach during the symphony and couldn't enjoy the symphony almost at all.
Heard alot about this place prior to going. Went during Seattle Restaurant Week, when they offer a 3-course prix fixe menu for $30. Definitely a great value, considering the entrees ranged from $30 - $50! Good service, in spite of it being packed on a Wednesday night. There were 2 groups at the bar at the entrance and it was very loud.
The selections were reasonable, and it was a great chance to sample items one would not usually order. Overall, the food preparation was quite delicious and the presentation was OK. I was unimpressed by the accompaying wine flight selections. Mediocre wines, at best, and only 2.5 oz pours. Opted out and brought a bottle of wine from home instead. It was a good experience.
What a pleasant surprise! We were in town for business and it was raining, so we were looking for a place close to the hotel and Heartwood Provisions fit the bill. We were most amazed at the food--so unusual and great. Wagyu beef jerky? Yes please. Octopus...mmmmm. Service was outstanding and the Somm was great. Dinner was a highpoint of our trip!
Great food and drinks. Very interesting dishes that work. Not a thing I didn't like on the plate. The service was very attentive, but not in the way. Water was never empty. A little expensive, but worth it.
Great spot. Service has been great every time we've gone. Food is always well prepared and flavorful. It's not cheap, but provides a great value for the price. Highly recommend.
Most underrated restaurant in Seattle! If you have not gone you must try!
Heartwood is great, the attention they provide each table is superb. Highly recommend for any big event, drinks, dates, and anything.
Really happy with the cocktails and dinner. The cheesecake dessert was a bit of a disappointment. It was just a whole bunch of different things lined up on the plate that didn't really go together. Matt's in the Market has an amazing dessert menu and it costs less.
Our server Daniel was amazing. Attentive but not overly so. Made great suggestions, explained drinks and dishes. In addition another individual made certain our water glasses were never empty and used plates and utensils were removed. We were made to feel so very welcome. And the food, yum. I’m ready to return for the squid. My dining companions also thoroughly enjoyed their pork chops and black cod.
Although there were tables for four in nicer areas we were asked to be seated all the way in the back by the dishwashing station. We asked to be seated elsewhere, we were told they would get back to us but they never did.
Great atmosphere; busy after work place with good good and a nice wine list
Food wasn’t that good.
Disappointed. After reading great reviews we were excited to bring some friends here from out of town. Made a reservation for a Saturday night and were seated in an out of the way back room. Initially great service and then it became very slow. Bussers tried to clear the table multiple times when we clearly were still eating. Burger was cold. Overall expectations were high and it just didn’t live up to them.
We love siting at the counter at Heartwood Provisions and watching the food being prepared. This week, we had outstanding oysters and ahi for appetizers. Both the kale and pear salads are excellent! The grilled chicken is always a hit and we tried the octopus this time. It is amazingly tender, which is hard to do with octopus. Service was efficient and friendly.
Expensive no doubt. Had the chef's tasting menu with wine parings. Very nice. Buss staff was a little over energetic, pouncing on our table as soon as we leaned back to take a break and savoir the dish. Waiter was new and needed some more education on the chef's menu. The food was lovely. The show at the Showbox was great.
The NY steak was perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was perfect; we were treated like royalty
I liked the food and the place. I will recommend to a friend. Hard to find parking.
Great service and awesome food! My husband and I will definitely be back :) thank you staff for a great brunch!
Excellent service. Try the beef jerky and sit at the chef's counter after HH, TOTALLY fun!
Great food. The service was really good - that said, a little Portlandia in the presentation. Excellent place to go for a more casual business dinner. I will be back!
The food is great. I hope the Restauraunt brings back the key lime pie dessert
The food was exceptional. The cocktail pairing is a fun and delicious concept. Warning to people like me who don't drink a lot, go easy on the cocktails. My wife and I were hammered by the end of dinner and we had to go grab coffee before we could drive home.
Our steak was amazing, changing our plans; to return here more often. Such great food; service didn’t suck.
My friend and I had an excellent experience last Friday night. I brought a bottle of wine from Spain in with me and the sommelier was very friendly and knowledgeable. Zach was our server and his service, timing, etc. was spot on. All the food we ordered was really good. Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough...
Very delicious food. And we had a great server. Definetly going to come back again
Lovely! Great food, cocktails, and dessert.
We had another excellent meal at Heartwood Provisions last week. The Kusshi oysters were fabulous! Both the kale salad and pear salad were very nicely balanced and had great flavor. As always, the pork chops are an excellent entrée. We had great service from our server and the sommelier. We love to sit at the counter and watch the chefs.
Food was really fresh and prepared perfectly. Love the atmosphere. Waiter was a bit odd for our tastes but overall a good restaurant.
Dined here for our 1st wedding anniversary! Everyone was so kind, wished us well throughout the night and even surprised us with some complimentary champagne! The food was delicious, but it’s actually the people that we keep talking about.
