   We joined for the subterranean supper club and the food and drink combos were so delicious and the staff were so attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes and the atmosphere was really nice, we thoroughly enjoyed it and wouldn't definitely come back to another themed event

   This event was a four course tasting menu with matching cocktails based around the speak easy bars in America during prohibition. The staff were all dressed in costume and each course had its own story. The evening was amazing every food course was original and delicious and every cocktail paired perfectly, the staff were well informed and very helpful, there will hopefully be another of these events in a few months time, try to go you will not be disappointed

   We had a great experience at Heads and Tails. We opted for the gin flights, which we would highly recommend. What a great way to sample a variety of gins. Also, if you are a gin and tonic fan, they probably have about 50 different G&T options for you to choose from - beyond the flights! We also ordered the cheese tray which was presented well and had a good assortment of cheeses. Would highly recommend giving this place a try and if we are ever back in Edinburgh, will definitely try to stop by.

   Absolutely exceptional, amazing drinks & service , our server was brilliant , given perfect advice on drinks etc. Reasonably priced .

   Recommended online to book so a group of us could meet up for drinks, we had our own area which was fab but it was close to the door so unfortunately we all had to keep our coats on! Service was very slow and had to seek out someone to take 2nd order which took forever. I saying that staff were pleasant . Cocktails tasty but expensive. Would try again but with smaller group and try seating further into the place where might be warmer and access to table service

   We had Edinburgh cocktail festival bands so went to try their signature cocktail which was lovely. We tried a few gins off the menu and the waitress and waiters gave us great recommendations on what to try. Service was prompt and they were all very friendly and attentive. Lovely bar which I didn't know was there but will definitely return to.

    From the moment we walked in we were transported to an exquisite ambience with nooks and crannies…. The staff were amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable about the different gins on offer plus they were also up for a challenge to create a “special” cocktail of your own design - we loved the venue, staff and of course the array of different gins “”:)
