The meal was fantastic. As a died in the wool meat eater, I’m always a little suspicious of Vegan restaurants. Harvest Beat really shows that you can have amazing food and flavors with locally sourced and foraged foods. The presentation was amazing and I so appreciated the expressions of gratefulness at the beginning of the meal. The staff was amazing and never missed a beat (pardon the pun)

We are huge fans of Harvest Beat and save up to go for special occasions. We love the food, the chefs and the mission. On this visit, we had an odd experience. We were in the fireside room and mid-way through dinner service a random person kept walking through the room, opening a back door, leaving it open to let cold air in and exposing the back area of the restaurant with employee belongings. On one of her trips through she clearly helped herself to a glass of wine and brought it back with her. She reeked of marijuana. I was very turned off by this. I felt like I was in someone’s living room and the smell ruined the enjoyment of the very expensive, amazing food. I noticed other patrons getting turned off and they kept getting up to close the door after she left it open.

I am a pescatarian and my friend is a vegan, so we were both excited to try Harvest Beat while in Seattle for two nights. To say we were blown away is an understatement. We were lucky enough to get two of the coveted bar top seats looking into the kitchen so we got dinner and a show! The chef, Joe, was warm and welcoming not to mention an incredible food artist!! We left full to the gills and so satisfied. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!

Table of 10 for a work dinner. Food was great, wine not so on the tasting menu. The reds need some work. Great place staff brilliant overall recommend

This place is incredible. The chef gives a wonderful and detailed story of what you are about to experience with each of the five courses. They have a wine list and offer a non-alcoholic beverage pairing option. Both are top notch as are the food and presentation. The staff is wonderful. Although not inexpensive, it is perfect for a special occasion or just amazing dining evening you won’t forget.

A must try restaurant for vegans and omnivores alike! From the moment we arrived to leaving, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure to check on dietary requirements and have separate menu offerings for soy-free and gluten-free, as well as some kids options. I would only recommend VERY well behaved children at this restaurant since it is very fine dining. The meal started with a thoughtful speech by the chef to all the guests. The food was delicious and flavorful. The atmosphere was cozy and unique.

What a WONDERFUL experience! Great food, exceptional service, and Chef Jacob is a fantastic host. I highly recommend going... even if you typically prefer a slab of meat with your meal. All I can really add to this is... Go! You won't be disappointed.

We've been 4 or 5 times and are always very satisfied. This last time, we loved the ravioli course best. Our only complaint was that most of the dishes arrived on the cold side. The soup should have been hot and it was pretty lukewarm (not a fan). Also the rooibos tea was pretty tepid. I was initially a bit unhappy to read that dessert was tiramisu as I dislike coffee in any form. Pleasantly, it had virtually no coffee flavor, so I was able to enjoy it. It was very rich and silky.

All the non-alcoholic drinks were yummy this time, especially the yuzu!

Thank you for not having anything with figs on the menu as figs are not vegetarian. Look it up!

The food was great as usual.. Service was berahem and could be better considering it’s one of the most upmarket( read price) vegan dining option in Seattle! There was mix up with wine pairing to courses combined with dead silence for first few mins. I made it clear that I was there to celebrate a spl occasion but was met with apathy.
As a vegetarian I would probably give them another try but wasn’t very impressed on my last outing. Bummer considering it was my wife’s 45th birthday. They did make the effort to light a candle on the dessert course plate. I hope the candle was petroleum free!

Up the ante pls.

Amazing experience! I gave this as a gift to my partner and they were completely blown away. All the food was delicious and like nothing I had ever eaten. We tried both the wine and the non-alcoholic pairing, and they were sensational. The environment is open and welcoming. It feels like coming home.

Delicious vegan food. Even my meat eating husband was very happy with the food. The tasting menu is good for trying many items, but of course some are even more delicious than others. We loved the parsnip bisque and cashew paneer the best, and the kale & leek mousse. I would love some recipes!

I will continue to return to Harvest Beat. They start the evening off with a fun-loving but genuine gratitude for diners, farmers, the bounty, and the Harvest Beat staff, which sets such a lovely mindfulness to the experience. The food is truly authentic and tasty, even if you're not a vegan, you will thoroughly enjoy this place! It's fun, interesting, and romantically cozy.

this place is an EXPERIENCE. my boyfriend and i came here for our anniversary. all of my allergy needs were accommodated gracefully. we legitimately had the best time of our lives here. direct quote from my boyfriend “*mid mouthful of soup* ... i have never had better food in my life” 🤣❤️ everything about harvest beat is ethical, tasteful, and nurturing. great food, great staff, great concept. we will be coming back here for years to come — at pretty much any excuse to treat ourselves. big thank you to the kitchen and the farms/individuals who participated in cultivating our dinner. it feels good to eat at such an incredibly thoughtful space. from the food right down to the very wood used for the tables we ate on... everything was thought out with intention. we love you harvest beat!

Overall good experience. Love the concept and focus on sustainability. The experimentation is great, but that can also lead to some misses as was the case with the beet dish. Also, the spanikopita was not a crowd favorite at our table, although I personally thought it was very good.
The service was a bit off although I think it was just this one server who didn’t seem to know what was going on.
Would recommend.
