Extremely unique and creative menu utilizing locally grown and gathered products. If you like to try new things, you shouldn't miss having dinner here. Guaranteed, you won't even miss the meat. The chef is passionate about what he does and will explain the entire 5-course dinner in detail. Staff is polished and works together delivering a great dining experience.

everything was good except for the non alcoholic pairing which tasted like a bland juice and the cactus tortilla is just a bad idea! very sour and slimy ew. other than that service and the rest of the food are delicious!

Unbelievable food that multiple times we had to remind ourselves was vegan. The food was so flavorful and rich and delicious. The service is perfect. Just the right amount of attention.

Food was excellent and totally vegan which I tremendously enjoyed as a non-vegan. Service noted and took into consideration my food allergies before we were even seated. The chef had a speech before the meal noting the courses and where the food was sourced from which I though was neat if a tad verbose. Excellent meal overall.

Phenomenal experience. It feels like you're eating a family dinner, that's just how personal they make the experience. You get to know the chef, and where/how/why they source all the food they are using. It's a real treat. The food is AMAZING (though we didn't like our dessert, but everything else was phenomenal) and the server was great. You are a little close to each other's tables, this is a more casual/cozy place, so i overheard the dude behind me a few times (no big deal). Despite not liking our dessert it was well thought out and executed. 5-stars all the way. We'll be back.

I didn't see what all the fuss was app about. Harvest Beat wasn't bad but wasn't very good either. Undoubtedly great quality ingredients which are locally sourced, but none of the plates stood out to me in terms of their flavor. Staff was very friendly, and the wine pairings were good. The ambiance is average at best, and the food is overpriced given that it doesn't amaze, or come close really.

What a wonderful experience. The menu is seasonal, local, organic and vegan. We had the most delicious five-course meal with wine pairing. I highly recommend Harvest Beat.

Harvest Beat is super tasty! I appreciate that they don't rely on meat substitutes bit rather showcase their ingredients in creative ways. And if you don't like the look of the menu, just wait a couple weeks and it'll change 😋

It is so cool that Seattle has a restaurant like this. Eating at harvest beet truly is a unique experience.
We tried coming here over the weekend and learned that it is reservations only, which now that I have been here I understand why.
We made reservations for a Wednesday night in celebration of our engagement (make reservations and arrive on time or a couple of minutes early). The people greeting us were very nice, and showed us around the restaurant, dedicating their time to making sure we were comfortable. We sat at the bar, which I recommend if possible because you get to see all of the action. There was not an empty seat in the house. Everyone eats the same food at the same time, and they tell you all about it at the beginning.
My favorite dish we had was the soup, but it was all good.

Really surprised by the cold and tasteless food, and the long condescending speech by the chef, after all the good reviews. There were four of us and none will be back.

Overall the experience was ok. Service was fantastic. Food was “meh”. There were two dishes that were really very good and two three that were really disappointing. I feel it was a little overpriced and overhyped for what it was.

This was our first time eating at Harvest Beat and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was amazing and the blessing from the chef for the farmers and foragers who make it all possible was really beautiful. The food was incredible, filling, and everyone who worked there was absolutely lovely. We are looking forward to visiting again when the season changes and different produce will be available!

Go, absolutely go, and bring your non-vegan friends they will love the food.
The ambiance is dinner party. It's still romantic but not private.
The service is fantastic and the chef is a sweetheart.
Just go! Treat yourself, It's worth it.

It was my first time visiting Harvest Beat and definitely not my last! We were not too sure what the vibe would be like but when we walked in the staff were very friendly and walked us through the whole process. I enjoyed that we could pick where we sat! I was so pleasantly surprised when the chef came to our area and invited the whole room into the main room to hear words of gratitude and the menu inspiration. The food was excellent, it really showed the creativity that can go into vegan food! The timing of the courses was well thought out, and the staff was very attentive to all of the tables. It was so thoughtful of them to add a nice anniversary touch to our last course! We left so satified with everything and told everyone about our experience. It was truly unique and you can tell that the chef and staff all have a lot of passion!

Great food prepared and served by people who really believe in what they're doing. Before the meal the chef gave a nice presentation on what he was serving, where it came from and why he chose it for the meal. Many of the ingredients were local. We sat at the counter looking into the kitchen and I would recommend this if you want to watch the food preparation and chat with the staff. We will be back.

It's a $200 dinner (for two, with non-alcoholic drinks, before tip). They've thrown stuff together and it's made well, though obviously you give up your personal choice. The restaurant is small, so it is loud if they're fully seated. The service is fine, though all they're doing is bringing out the meals and refilling water - it's not like they're taking orders or anything. Other than the small size leading to a high volume, the ambiance is nice. It's just not $200+ nice.

The meal was fantastic. As a died in the wool meat eater, I’m always a little suspicious of Vegan restaurants. Harvest Beat really shows that you can have amazing food and flavors with locally sourced and foraged foods. The presentation was amazing and I so appreciated the expressions of gratefulness at the beginning of the meal. The staff was amazing and never missed a beat (pardon the pun)

We are huge fans of Harvest Beat and save up to go for special occasions. We love the food, the chefs and the mission. On this visit, we had an odd experience. We were in the fireside room and mid-way through dinner service a random person kept walking through the room, opening a back door, leaving it open to let cold air in and exposing the back area of the restaurant with employee belongings. On one of her trips through she clearly helped herself to a glass of wine and brought it back with her. She reeked of marijuana. I was very turned off by this. I felt like I was in someone’s living room and the smell ruined the enjoyment of the very expensive, amazing food. I noticed other patrons getting turned off and they kept getting up to close the door after she left it open.

I am a pescatarian and my friend is a vegan, so we were both excited to try Harvest Beat while in Seattle for two nights. To say we were blown away is an understatement. We were lucky enough to get two of the coveted bar top seats looking into the kitchen so we got dinner and a show! The chef, Joe, was warm and welcoming not to mention an incredible food artist!! We left full to the gills and so satisfied. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!
