   Loved our server Ben! He was very patient with us and allowed for a seamless service! Food was awesome…. Steak melted in your mouth, salmon was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes and asparagus was just the icing on the cake! I don’t mind paying for a Wonderfully excellent executed meal, it was worth every penny!

   We had a disappointing experience on Mother's Day. Our waitress forgot to bring our drinks and overcooked my wife’s steak. They finally brought a replacement steak 45 minutes later, after everyone else had finished their meals. The waitress really impacted our experience negatively. It's unfortunate because we are big fans of H&I. This was not their best day.

   Consistently good food, no rush. Had a DJ for Mother’s Day brunch. Service was friendly.

   Filet was over cooked and Egg Benedict was without hollandaise. Felt a little over booked and not great for price.

    I was overall very happy with our experience. This was our second visit within a month. This time was our anniversary and we typically come here. The server acknowledge it and mentioned a card but I don't recall seeing it. We were in the middle of the lower level which was a nice change but we were never a few louder tables. It made is raise our volume to carry on conversations. Food was amazing as usual. We are predictable if nothing else. French Onion Soup, Shrimp cocktail, steaks, desert. I do miss being offered bread and would suggest asking even if it is an add on.
