   The service was outstanding. Truly love having dinner at Harry and Izzy’s. The shrimp cocktail is a crowd pleaser!

   Steak was good. Brussel sprouts and peppercorn sauce were below average. You have to ask for bread. It’s never offered. You have to remind them to give your fries or other extra with your dinner. Otherwise you’ll miss out for what you paid for. Not 5 star The food servers are training ground for Saint Elmo.

   Food was good overall. The steak burger was nothing special but from my group they really enjoyed the wedge salad, the soups and the club sandwich. We noted we had a person who was Celiac and they provided excellent service for that. They felt completely safe and heard with no repercussions afterward. We would certainly dine here again.

   We had a large group and everything was fantastic! This is about our 15th year coming the Friday night before the Indy 500. Thank you Kay for helping with our reservation change too. See you next year!!

   I was really disappointed by the area .. homeless people wondering around , i was crushed at by some nut job wearing an ankle monitor .. Harry and Izzy's staff is top notch.. service was outstanding.. My steak was a real let down ... way way under cooked and a lot gristle.. I've heard that a lot of steak house's intentionally under cook them to avoid overcooking and throwing a good steak. The thing is to me ..If i'm paying top dollar ...$365.00 in for 2 .. I want it exactly the way i want it the first time.. Would not go back.

    We have a standing dinner every May the week before the Indy 500. In the odd years, it is the 3 of us. In the even years, our friends from California join us to make 5. We always have a great experience. This year was no different!! The service is always spot on and the ambiance is great. This year when I tried a new dish and didn't like it, our server offered an alternate suggestion and removed my 1st dish from our ticket.
