   Everything was on point. I had the lunch parlay and it was a great combo. My friend had finished the mini marathon and slayed a prime burger! Elmo Colas for the win too. A fantastic post race lunch before a Fever game. Service was fantastic. A perfect way to spend an Indiana Saturday in the month of May!

   Food was great! Love the sliders and shrimp cocktail. Not a fan of the mango iced tea. Need regular tea as an option. Great server and service.

   The whole experience would have been fine, but it was tarnished by the service. With a tab over 450 bucks for 3 people, one would expect a level of service that matches it. That's not what we received. A list: Odered 3 shrimp cocktails. One each. Held up three fingers and said, "Shrimp ocktails all around." They delivered 1. Missed a most basic order. Promised bread. Had to remind him. Asked for butters pats. Had to remind him twice. Had to remind him to bring the wine menu. Twice. The wine I ordered from the list wasn't available. It was like H & I gave someone an apron and sent them into he dining room to figure it out . Also, they need to advise your staff on how to deliver plates. They placed their thumbs well onto the plate when delivering the entree and extra plates. IT WAS BAD! Finally, had to request the satus of the coffee that we ordered with our desserts. Came 5 minutes apart. H & I was a ritual for us over the race weekend for years. Never had we experienced such poor service. I just looked on the receipt. The server was not ready for prime time. I tipped him 20% anyway becasue I figure it's as much a leadership issue as poorly trained server. As for the plate placement, there were two other workers who were guilty of that. PS I just noticed at the bottom of the receipt: "Suggested Additional Tip" Are you serious?

   Harry & Izzy’s is a staple for us when we visit Indy! The food is always phenomenal and service is just as good. Dan took care of us this visit and made sure everything was perfect as usual.

   A colleague and I were looking for a nice place to take a customer out for dinner, after a trade show. St Elmo's was booked (naturally), so we tried Harry and Izzy's. Little did we know, they're the sister restaurant to St. Elmo's. The experience was amazing, my colleague and I highly recommend it...

   We found the server to be fairly rude and off putting. He seemed annoyed at everything and anything. Our filet mignon was overcooked, likely explains the long wait between completing our salads course and getting our entree despite the place being fairly empty. We also would have thought this place had bread service but no. Or it wasn’t offered. For a $100/person experience this place fell well below our expectations in service and food.

   Overall, ambience is nice but food is mediocre for price. Other great steak chains with better meat cuts for The price. Way overpriced

    Tables were close together and we were right by the stars and wait table so lots of traffic
