Austin was an amazing server unfortunately the kitchen failed miserably. Our salmon was way undercooked and raw in the whole middle. When they remade the salmon it was then way overcooked and tough to cut and chewy. Sadly not the experience we wanted for my daughters birthday dinner. We were sat at a table in the middle of a walkway with everyone bumping into our chairs passing by. I was extremely disappointed with all things with our dining experience except for our waiter Austin.

The restaurant was amazing!! They accommodated to our needs and had no issues with us wanting to be out in time to go see the parade! Our waiter Rick was very kind and Energetic, he really made our night!! The food and timing was amazing and I definitely will be coming back again!!!!

Great way to celebrate daughters birthday. Food was excellent, service was friendly and quick. They treated her to a complimentary hot fudge sundae with a lit bday candle and the whole place cheered happy birthday! Much better than singing.

We made reservations for spring break. It took 18 minutes before someone greeted us at the table and the ribs were very dry. My sons burger also dry and over cooked. This was a consistently disappointing HArd Rock experience

The restaurant was nice the food took over a hour for burgers and max and cheese I told the manager but he seemed to care less the server said oh the kitchen sucks they crash all the time . Not going back there it was not worth it

Finally, a restaurant at City Walk that combined good food with excellent service! All five members of our party enjoyed their meals and were treated really well by the staff. Very accommodating to our son whose stomach was feeling a bit off, very warm and friendly with our teenagers. We were made to feel welcome and appreciated from start to finish. Of course the food was overpriced for what it was, but hey, we’re at Orlando City Walk. At least here we didn’t walk away feeling we’d thrown our money into a trash can (can you say NBC Sportsbar?). Thanks for a great family night out on our long awaited trip!

Had a much better experience last year during my last Orlando trip and that's what made me want to come back this time. My burger was delicious last time and well done,just as I requested. This time i saw a little red in the middle of my burger and my fries were a little soggy. Ambience was way too quiet for me. Other parts of the restaurant were more lively. Best part of the experience this time was the waitress who was very pleasant and attentive.

Our experience was okay. The food was not that fantastic. My sliders were dry. My husband’s meal was okay to him but nothing great. Server was friendly. Atmosphere fun.

The atmosphere was cool. The menu had a nice selection for adults, a bit limited for the kids. It took forever to get our cocktails we ordered, waited awhile for the food then once we got our food we felt we were being rushed out of the restaurant. Everything was good besides the service. Not sure I’d recommend it or would eat here again.

The food was amazing and so was our waitress. We had the salmon and pulled pork sandwich. Both dishes exceeded our expectations.

The staff were wonderful with accommodating my Celiac and egg allergy. The manager came out and talked through everything. It was wonderful to eat out and now the food would be safe to eat. Plus it was delicious!

This happened to be my first reservation via OpenTable and instead of joining a waitlist for up to an hour at that time of night, it was virtually a minute or two, only long enough to check in. With my UO Premier Passholder discount, a full rack of ribs gets brought down to around $26, which is average for the same entree at other places such as Friday's and Bubba Gump (also at CityWalk), give-r-take a dollar or two. Staying on Universal property sans the need to drive around after a long day in the parks is a plus!

Didn’t hear any “hard rock” music while we were there. I would consider it pop. Drinks are WAY over priced. Burgers were above average. Fries were so so. Service was excellent!!
