Didn’t like the new building, was very small. Not a lot of memorabilia. Liked the pyramid building better. Food wasn’t good considering we paid almost $17 for a bbq sandwich. Server was awesome

Carlene was our server and she was absolutely amazing. The food was good and the ambiance was great. I would come back here any time simply for Carlene to be our server!!

Any alcoholic drink on the menu is worth trying and the ribs and pull pork combo is delicious.

We had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe at Myrtle Beach. Our sever was exceptional and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time.

Only bad thing I can say is tea wasn’t sweet enough for me. Other than that petty reason, great food and great time

Hard Rock Cafe in Myrtle Beach, SC took all precautions for COVID. They mandated mask and made sure that they check all temperatures by the wrist for every person who entered. The spacing inside was amazing and very throughout. When we set down they immediately offered us hand sanitizer. It made me feel very comfortable and that they were taking all steps to stay safe during this time.

Staff was excellent!! Clean and food was amazing.

Limited menu, over priced, way too loud, little one was holding his ears most of the time. Food was ok, just a lot of places we would have rather gone....this was too expensive for what we received. We will NOT be back. Waitress was very good.

The reason the service is rated low is because they needed my phone to check my reward and never brought my phone back. I had to find a manager to go and locate my phone.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! A great place to bring the family and friends. We plan on going back soon.

What a fun time. I had the steak salad and couldn't finish it. It was amazing. Great service, food and drink. Also had fun in the shop. It is generally a fun place to eat with good food and great, friendly service.

With Covid-19, they were extremely safe including taking our temperature before going in. They set up a good process so it didn't take much time. Overall a great experience.

Food was WAY overpriced and a budlight 12 bucks 😆

I will not be eating at another Hard Rock Cafe with my family ever again. We paid $140+ for 2 burgers, 2 mac & cheese meals, 1 new york strip steak, 2 soda, 1 milkshake, 1 strawberry lemonade, and 1 water. We eaten at much better restaurants for way less money.

The menu was extremely limited and prices were ridiculous! I guess they are trying to make up for lost profits from Covid . I will never go back

Hard Rock is an experience. Don't go for the food. Extremely overpriced food. 18$ for chicken tenders that looked and tasted like they came out of a frozen pack. 22$ for a double cheeseburger. For 4 people with bar style food and sodas bill was 117$. Server and staff were amazing. The decor, music, and service was only the better part. A/C must have been set to arctic. It was freezing. Next visit to A Hard Rock location will be to see the memorabilia and check out the gift shop. We won't be eating there again.

Waiter was super nice! Calling in to try to make reservation not as nice, the girl was rude.

Love it! I go everytime I go to myrtle I have to eat there. I love the steak salad fast and friendly service

The food was hot and the fries were crispy. We eat here every time we come to the beach, because the food and the service is consistently good. We have not had a bad experience yet.

My reservation was at 7:15 but I was not seated until 7:40. So I didn’t understand the wait.

WE had very good time there. Dinner was very good as always. The Waiter was exceptional and we were very pleased with him.

My experience was great. It was my 1st time dining at the Hard Rock Cafe. The experience lived up to the name. The food was great. The server took care of us. Everything was great. Thank you for a great night for my wife and I.

Server was horrible - he had zero personality, dropped our fries, and never came back with a replacement order. Lazy. Limited menu = barely any food choices. Sat us in a room with no atmosphere. Might as well have been eating outside. Ice cream brownie sundae was the only highlight.

The waitress was rude and unprofessional. The food was awful. Chicken was dry and inedible.
