Harbor Lights is the premier seafood house located in East Norwalk, CT. Located on the Norwalk Harbor, it offers well-prepared, attractively presented and sophisticated fare. Open year round, the glassed-in terrace allows for a comfortably heated dining experience in the winter without losing the outside dining experience in the summer. Our long dock in front of the restaurant provides plenty of room for boaters to tie up for lunch or dinner, and the dining room affords fantastic sunset views. Food was good.. nothing crazy. But service was awful, apps came out and we didn’t have silverware and nobody noticed it, our server was super cold and gave impression to be disgusted to be there, never checked on us, we ordered a side that never came out, even though I told her that we were still waiting for it; our bill was on the table before I even asked for it. I wish management would reply to reviews because it seem to be something that happens very often.

We had a lovely lunch with a beautiful view. Food, service & ambiance were all great. Great ladies birthday luncheon spot. Will be back to try dinner!

As a manager of a fine dining restaurant, I tend to be very fussy when I go out to eat …especially with few days off. This was my first visit to Harbor lights. We sat on the deck seated by lovely Casey. We had a wonderful waiter. His name was John. Everything was delicious. I had a seafood plate that was gluten-free no fried food there piece of salmon piece of Bronzino some spinach and rice. It was delicious from start to finish had a lovely glass of French Rose which they offer by the Glass. Shared a Key Lime Tart with my hubby. Also delicious. Beautiful views wonderful sunshine a great place I cannot wait to return. Fran

Once again Harbor Lights did not disappoint. The service is always outstanding with a very friendly and courteous wait and service staff. The atmosphere is bright and airy, no matter the weather outside, with a great view of the harbor from every table. The food is always good. Friends all had the fish and chips which they can't seem to stray from, no matter how often we eat here. I had the warm seafood salad, which was a bit too much butter or oil for my taste, but plenty of scallops, calamari, clams and shrimp. I was able to make another meal of it. The prices are average for the area. We never feel rushed here either, which is nice. Overall, a great place to dine for lunch or dinner, and we can actually hear each other speak, which is a pleasant change, compared to other places. Will be back for sure.

Service was incredibly slow. 20 minute wait to get a drink order, another 20 minutes for food order. Initial drink order was out of stock (which is fine), took another 10 minutes to come back and tell us that. Steak was overcooked. Almost 2 hour total dining for just an appetizer and entree. We have been coming here for years and this was the worst outing. Hoping it was a one off.

40 minutes to take our drink order and 1:10 minutes to get our appetizers… and 3 out of 5 appetizers were cold dishes.
