El Hakkasan Hanway Place es el restaurante Hakkasan original. Este restaurante chino con estrella Michelin lo diseñó el famoso Christian Liaigre. Las celosías talladas en madera oscura de roble invitan a disfrutar de una experiencia gastronómica única y de la cocina contemporánea del chef Tong Chee Hwee. El menú presenta una fuerte identidad étnica china con valores de la cocina cantonesa. El Hakkasan Hanway Place puso en marcha los "Dim Sum Sundays" en 2013. El Dim Sum Sunday, con un precio de 48 GBP o 58 GBP por persona, es un almuerzo semanal con música del DJ del Hakkasan, disponible todos los domingos de 12:00 a 18:30. Hakkasan is a must every time we visit London. Unique atmosphere accompanied with amazing food and cocktails. Highly recommend.

As regulars at Hakkasan (Mayfair) our experience at Hanway Place was very disappointing. The greeting staff were not helpful and there was no one at the desk when we arrived. We were told to wait in the hallway for over 10 minutes as they were late. We were not updated and were not given the option to wait at the bar and enjoy drinks. When we were eventually taken to our table the waiter left before we had even turned around and so we waited another 5 minutes to get someone’s attention to ask a question regarding the table. No one took our drinks order either. 20 minutes later a very nice waiter came over and took our food order where we also ordered drinks. The food, as always, was fantastic. No waiters checked on us during the meal. We had sight of the kitchen from our table and could see 5+ waiters waiting around and chatting. This was quite infuriating as we could never get someone’s attention to order more drinks. Completely opposite experience to Hakkasan at Mayfair.

Great food with an amazing selection of drinks. Can’t fault the service one bit although we had an issue with our main (order didn’t get put through so never came out and one main was finished before the 2nd main had even arrived)! Was kindly offered an extra dish in the interim but was very full on sides and rice so staff did offer to pack leftovers away for us. Great decor but music a little too loud compared to previous visits in my opinion- I could hardly hear myself think. Great effort though and really appreciated my birthday treat! Thank you 😃

Well what can I say, absolutely blown away by this place! Heard so many good things about it from friends and over social media and certainly didn’t disappoint. Upon entry was welcomed by a very polite lady at reception desk, promptly took our jackets and another member of staff showed up to our table. There was a great vibe and ambiance in there, I was loving the pumping house music but may not be to everyone’s taste. The lighting and decor made it feel very professional and felt like I knitted everything together. Had a couple of cocktails, the Far East and lychee martini were unreal! Then went for the pearl menu and everything single dish was incredible. Great balance and blend of flavors throughout the whole meal, almost felt like each different mouthful was complemented by the one before it. Was worth every penny and cannot wait to return!

This was our 3rd visit to Hakkasan and a disappointing one. The service was dreadfully slow and the food not to standards we have previously experienced. Coupled with a very rowdy table of 10 close by it was actually an awful experience.

Everything was perfect. Our family loved the restaurant. Sea bass was to die for. So were the dumplings. For drinks we really liked the signature Hakkatini.

As always the cocktails are delicious as is the food and ambience. The service wasn’t quite as good as usual with longer waits and having to flag down staff to order a glass of wine. The price is quite crazy, its always been very expensive but it’s gone up even more… how a little piece of honey glazed sea bass in £52… but I have to say it tasted like heaven ! All of the food was well presented and very tasty hence me still giving 5.
