   We were seated right away. We were very disappointed with the flavorless small sandwich rolls. Where did your awesome sliced loaf go to? After the fourth time that the waitress kept repeating 'Your food will be here soon', she just stopped looking our way. We felt her discomfort of how slow the kitchen was. She did ask if we wanted more rolls and we all at the same time said 'No thank you'. The rest of our foods were very good. We would still come back again. Just not as happy as we usually are.

   Our food was delicious. Our waitress wasn’t bad but I think she was new so she was a little awkward. She also got kind of defensive when we nicely told her a drink was wrong. We weren’t mad about it at all but she got very defensive.

   Easy to get a reservation, we chose outside seating because the weather was warm and it was nice and quiet, we had the patio all to ourselves which was nice. Our waitress was very attentive and we were well taken care of and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back

   Had a great time there dining with someone I’ve been friends with since kindergarten. Great food, great service and though we sat there catching up for over 2 hours, I never felt rushed.

    It was Valentine's Day, so that is taken into consideration when I did this review. The noise level was high and there was a repetitive bell or tone that rang in the background that was somewhat annoying. However, the prime rib dinner was good and the salad came before the meal as it should. Overall a good experience and will return another time when it's not as crowded to try a different entree.

    Waitress forgot to put in appetizer and when I asked after 40 mins she acted like it was the kitchens fault instead of taking responsibility. Food finally came out, after an hour of waiting, and my meal had a piece of cheese separated paper cooked into it. 🤢🤮 Manager made excuses about kitchen staff calling off. We’ll NEVER be back.

    The food was delicious. Our group of 8 were all pleased. My tenderloin was scrumptious. Natalie was a terrific waitress! Always there with drink refills before we would ask. We will definitely meet there again.

    Most of our food was cold. The waitress was apologetic, but many of us in our party didn’t finish our meals due to this. We typically enjoy the restaurant but not this time.

    We were seated immediately after arriving for our reservation. Our server was very attentive. The food was slow to come out of the kitchen, so we waited for quite some time to eat. I had chicken cordon blue, and the chicken was dry. One person had Clam Chowder, and he said it tasted very good. I heard the bread brought to the table tasted really good, too (I eat only gluten free, so not able to have the bread).

    In Kokomo for the Vietnam reunion. Stopped in for dinner and shared the turkey Manhattan dinner. Not only was it excellent but they plated it separately!!! Server was excellent!

    We arrived five minutes before our reservation. We were seated right away. Our waitress’s name was Heather. She seemed annoyed that she had to work. We ordered mt. Dew to drink, I had the chicken strip dinner and my husband had a bacon hamburger with onion rings. Once we finally got our food, she didn’t come to check to see if we needed anything. It was horrible service! We needed refills and I could have used more sauce.

    I ordered the Taco Salad with Chipolata chicken with chips. Taco Salad romaine lettuce, chipotle ranch dressing, Monterey Jack cheese, black bean corn salsa, tomato, salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips, choice of chipotle chicken or seasoned ground beef (not available in half size) $12.99 It states "not available in half size" if what I was given was full size half size would have been the size of an English muffin. No cheese, a spoonful of black bean corn salsa minus the black beans and corn, 6 tortilla chips. Not worth $12.99

    Air conditioning was very poor or not even functioning. I formerly ate there 3 - 4 times, sometimes more, per week. Sadly, each subsequent visit now is worse than the prior. Grindstone seemingly constantly is rising prices, cancelation of mug club, has degrading food quality and portions, and a failing ambiance. You don't even have the company of "regulars" anymore. Yet, other restraunts seem to flourish with consistent prices and menu offerings. Other restraunt price increases in the area seem very minor compared to Grindstone, while still providing a far better quality and experience. I hate leaving this review. But, my former favorite restraunt has been on constant run of rising prices with already above market pirces that contradict quality, options, and ambiance. My occasional visit only occurs now because of meeting a friend or due to staff (bartenders) who maintain outstanding service, professionalism, and personality.

    We made a reservation a week ahead of time for 10 people they had lost the reservation so we waited about 30 minutes until a table space was available to see 10 people. Service was decent food was just OK. I would probably not go back again nor recommend
