   We brought a couple of friends with us, this was their first visit and they loved it!! Tom our waiter was great as he always is. We really like the food and the staff is also great!!

   Great for late night dining with family. Seafood and ribs were excellent. Entire family enjoyed the atmosphere.

   We discovered this restaurant by chance a couple of weeks ago and my husband liked it so much he wanted to return for Father's Day. The food was excellent, they honored our reservation, and were very accommodating about seating us where we could hear better. We will definitely put this on our regular rotation as my mother lives not far from Olney and we are growing tired of the regular places. The options here are varied and everything we tried over the two visits we made was really good.

   Not your usual suburban chain dining experience -- 'downtown' menu without invariable price gouging or a'la carte pickpocketing. Went for our anniversary dinner -- glad we did. Menu extensive without being overwhelming. Prices, high by Olney, MD standards, were very reasonable. Appetizers were fresh (shrimp cocktail exceptional), entrees -- 10oz. prime rib & bleu cheese steak salad -- both served promptly (though not hurried) and as ordered. Wine list is extensive though not ostentatious, overblown, etc. etc. As stated, went for our anniversary -- will definitely go back before next anniversary. You don't always get what you pay for -- in this case we did. Friday or Saturday after 7:00 would suggest a reservation -- they do hold them (and better than waiting 45+ minutes for table).

   Great shrimp cocktails to start as we were deciding dinner. Spinach dip is a must! Dinner was crab cake and sword fish was the special. Sword fish was a new item and it was s great choice!!

   GrillMarx in Olney was top notch. It came highly recommended by a friend and I am so glad we went. My filet mignon was superb and the wife's steak tips in pasta was also outstanding. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient.

   Have eaten at GrillMarX quite a few times. The decor is pleasantly comfortable. Not too formal or too casual. The service is attentive, and personable. As for the food… could be one of, if not the best steak around. Just a few reason why I have eaten there quite a few times, and more then likely will eat there quite a few more times!

   I had the ribs which were excellent. My wife had the crabcake, which was ok. The appetizers were also good. I would go back, but more likely for a grilled option or ribs.

    Great service; delicious food; ambiance is inviting. The server was professional and made sure my requests were met. We were celebrating a birthday. What a great place to do just that. The place was lively. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere GrillMarx is the place! I will continue to bring my friends and family here. By making reservations in advance, it alleviated the wait. That is an excellent service.
