Worst decision this restaurant did was take the sushi ceviche appetizer off the menu! What were you thinking? I don’t go as often As I used to because of it!
We live locally and have dined here many times. We enjoy their happy hour and are usually pleased when eating dinner there. This past time did not meet our expectations. We both ordered steak. I had the filet mignon and my husband chose a dinner special which was a bone in filet with lobster au gratin. Unfortunately the Bernaise sauce that came with mine was a cold glob of lemon sauce. I asked for a replacement and received the same thing back...disappointing! Even more disappointing was the bill. My husband’s “special” was $49 for his entree!! We could have gone to Bern’s at that price! Yikes!!
The kitchen was shut down and backed up when we got there. We had to wait over an hour and a half from the time we sat down until we were served dinner. The food was good, but they didn't offer to discount anything for our wait.
It was Mother’s Day and my reservation was for 630 and we didn’t get seated til 650 then on top of that they said the kitchen was slammed and the food would be a while so when all was said and done the food came out 1 hour later and they messed up both my gf and her sons fried rice because they rushed it out. We spoke to the manager and he did take those off but overall the experience was not good but our waiter was great
Made reservations two days in advance for Mother’s Day. Arrived 5 min early, but was handed a pager and ended up waiting 20 min to be seated. The food took an hour and a half to arrive. Food was fair at best. The manager offered us a free dessert. Will not be back.
Waited 2 and a half hours for our food after we finished our apps.
I recently tried something new for Mother's Day and decided to take my mother and grandmother to brunch at Grille 54. The parking is horrible, although reservations was made we still had to wait over an half hour, the food was not worth 45$ regardless of being buffet style. Only the pasta station and craving station was worth eating. Then raw oyster bar was a joke. The only plus was the unlimited mimosas, but since the location is so far out you can't really enjoy the drinks. I would not recommend nor go again even if it was free. Normally weekend brunch but since it was Mother's Day the price jumped to $44.95 which would be fine if the food was good.
They were really off their game for Mother's Day brunch. Drink orders took over 20 minutes and usually came out wrong. We asked for a bowl of pasta with butter for our daughter who has an egg allergy. The pasta came out with actual egg in it. Grille 54 was really not at their best.
My children took me to Grille 54 for Mother’s Day. Service was too notch. Server (Bobby) was fantastic. Highly attentive and knew the menu inside out. He made some recommendations but was not pushy.
I had a great time at the restaurant and I can not wait to do brunch there again.
We had a party of 8 to celebrate a friend's birthday over brunch. The food was well presented, with a good variety including the expected brunch favorites, plus the raw bar. The drinks were bottomless so those that weren't driving could have what they wanted. Our server, Johnny, was on time with everything and kept our table bused and our drinks full. Good recommendation for anyone looking for brunch without the pretentious SoHo or DTSP feel.
We requested Bobby as our server. He is awesome and always makes our dining experience special. Although he has other tables...he gives you the feeling that you are the only one! My sushi was fresh and flavorful. My husband ordered chicken piccata and was delighted with that choice. We plan to try Thursday prime rib special soon.
We sat outside. The restaurant is a little loud both inside and out. The food is always good. Highly recommend the Kobe burger, the filet, and burrata salad.
The all you can crabs were not up to standard, crab legs were brown and over cooked, not good at all.... I'm not a complaining type of person but I would have asked for a refund and left hadn't I been on a date.
Service was not great but food was!! The person that cooks the omlettes walks around and stares at the customers aggressively. He makes fun of the other customers and workers. He was incredibly unorofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Our server also did not check up on us at all.
The food however was really good! Food is highly recommended.
Our server, Janelly, was fantastic. She took great care of us - thank you!
This was the 3rd visit to Grill54 for a holiday brunch. Nice variety of choices on the buffet as well as excellent service. Grill54 has always been busy for holiday brunch however they handled it very well. We did have a little wait; enjoyed mimosas and live piano music during the wait. The piano player was amazing!
Easter Brunch at$40 a person, I expected much better food and service. My French toast crust was so hard I couldn’t cut it with a table knife! Supposed to be unlimited margaritas, sangria, Bloody Mary and mimosas. You can count out sangaria becuSe apparently they didn’t have enough glasses to serve any! Total waste of money, a frozen pizza would have topped our experience. It was also e trembly hot in the restaurant.
My family and I went for Easter Brunch it was very busy of course. Our servers could not keep up with the tables they had, and yes we had multiple servers and they still could not keep up. I did over hear a waitress saying they normally have 150 people for brunch and today they were expecting 600. I just don’t think they were prepared to handle that many guests. The food was average, not the best brunch I have been to but it was ok. Maybe try brunch on a regular Sunday and not a holiday. I have been here for dinner once before and the food and service was good, that’s why I decided to give brunch a try.
We came for Easter Brunch. We've had Easter Brunch here several times. Great atmosphere, good food choices, unlimited mimosas!! Great value...However this Easter we had 1215pm reservations we were not seated until almost 130pm!!! Crowded at the from door to check in... Not sure what happened this time.... Great service once seated ... we enjoyed the Brunch.
An amazing brunch for Easter! Mimosas were so delicious... prices were spot on for the quality of food! Will definitely be back
Okay it was Easter Brunch in Florida so that means reservations. I made them arrived 15 min early for the 1230 reservations and after 1 hour wait. Sat at 1 15 pm the buffet was picked over food spilled everywhere and unappetizing for 39 dollars it was overpriced and bland. Service was slow . Never again no manager just a bunch of overworked 18 to 20 yos
Slooooow getting drinks and silverware
Easter Brunch. The service was very good. Walkways sling side the buffet were a bit crowded but all in all everything was excellent.
Brunch was wonderful, just wish there were gluten free options for those of us that cannot eat wheat without getting sick. And special occasion brunches should have staggered times for the tables so the lines don't get too long. Some people get ruthless when they want to get their food.
Second time for brunch. Delightful, good food, waiter (Rubin), not rushed, kept up on the water glass and our drink glasses, will go back.
I have been coming here for 5+ years. It has always been amazing every time. I became close to my server Amanda for the past 2 + years. She has been one of the main reasons I keep coming back as often as I do. She is so energetic and always makes sure the food is how we request it to be. Never have had a bad experience here ever. Today we came for my boyfriends birthday with his father and he had the special of ribeye and shrimp and scallops. He was very impressed with dinner and was amazed with how good it was.
Always very good. Steaks, sushi sashimi, burgers. It has everything. the drinks are great too.
Sat outside, music still impacted conversations.
Food and sushi was good.
Absolutely loved this place! Service was great, food was amazing. Definitely worth the price.
The food and drinks were great. Our waiter was fantastic. He made the meal very enjoyable. Great chef specials.
The chef here is incredible! We love the menu and the food and drinks are always excellent! Our service this past time was mediocre! At around $30 a plate we expect exceptional service! This past time did not deliver however we did still enjoy the evening and the food was fabulous! We have had great service in the past so we will be back. Overall excellent.
Fantastic food and amazing service! I had the sea bass special and it was amazing! My wife had the chicken parm and it was fantastic as well. Great good all around. Lobster roll appetizer was great! Definitely will be going back
Had a great meal, found it on open table we are on
Vacation in Tampa!
Great service and excellent food.
Grille 54 is THE place for brunch. It's got everything...breakfast, pasta, seafood and more. Choose from 3 different all you can drink beverages and the outstanding staff will keep them filled! The atmosphere is fun and casual. If you have a sweet tooth, the desserts table will be calling your name. Definitely worth the price and the drive! I prefer Grille 54 over Jackson's and The Rusty Pelican.
Our server never showed up, but then another server Tim came to the rescue. He realized that we had been sitting waiting for a while and totally made up for any reservations we were having about choosing Grille 54 for dinner. He even gifted us with an amazing dessert! Thanks to Tim, our experience was waaaay better than anticipated and the Kobe burger was so scrumptious!
Always AMAZING food!!!
Visited for the Monday all you can eat crab legs. Great service, excellent food. Music selections were great but a bit loud.
One of the best brunches! A little more expensive, but so many options and all you can drink mimosas and bloody marys!
