   Audrey was fantastic! It was Mother’s Day, smack dab during dinner time, so the restaurant was understandably incredibly busy. Audrey was kind, attentive and apologetic about the wait but the food was well worth it, everything was delicious!

   Went on Mother's Day, had reservations. Seated right around that time. Server told us food would be late since they were so busy. Really? Food was warm, not hot. My pasta dish needed more sauce, requested. Server requested, told us it needed to be made fresh, but then could not as the kitchen staff were yelling at each other, never received. My husband's soup never arrived, but was on our bill which I had to request to be removed. Garlic bread (an extra charge) arrived late. Server was very apologetic. This is the second time we have dined here & been disappointed.

   Overall was grest time food was good service good given how busy they were food choices were good, omlette was great.

   This was my second time coming here. Today was my mother 79th birthday and she wanted to spend her birthday there. We were lucky enough to get the same person Tim and he did an awesome job by himself for a party of 14. He was very accommodating even though he was assisting other people. Food, customer service perfect. They didn’t make us wait for our whole party to arrive to be seated immediately!!! Thank you

   Music was quite loud but seem to settle down before we were done.

   Granite City has a varied menu, excellent service and is. a good value. Although we’ve never had their Sunday brunch, their weeknight burger and taco specials are great. I would suggest they dial down the music as the it is very noisy inside.

   I would not recommend going here for Easter brunch. We had a 1:30 brunch reservation along with others who were waiting. Once we were checked in, we waited 20 minutes in the small waiting area. The restaurant was packed with patrons who were waiting to be seated. Once we were seated, the hostess was rude when asked to wipe off the seats and bench. Our server originally said we could order off the menu but quickly returned and said we would need to wait until 2. Everyone in our party had the buffet. There was not much variety and a poor selection of desserts. The food was basic but decent for the $35.99 price point for Easter brunch.

   Easter brunch for 3 with reservations we had to wait about 20 minutes in a packed lobby with other people with reservations. They seemed to have a hard time managing the number of people that were allowed to book which points to maybe over booking and understaffing. They couldn’t get tables cleaned and ran out of plates a few times. Many of the plates were not clean when they were brought out which was not good. On a positive note, the food was very good and our waitress was very attentive. We would go back just not during a holiday.

    Food was very tasty. Service was "good", not excellent. Servers seemed a bit overwhelmed. Needed a salad besides kale. Will go back and try regular menu some evening. Nice place. Enjoyed.
