Always great food and service. Bree our server was great. Came by numerous times to check on us. The Rasberry Refresher was so good. Highly recommend Granite City

The waiter was fantastic!!! It would have been nice not to have had a loud birthday party group in the connected booth. Especially with so many empty tables nearby. Otherwise great food. Great service!

Had an early lunch with the "boss" at GC. It was relatively quiet, as it was early in the lunch hour (11:15 when we started). Server was attentive; got our drinks and took our order promptly (but not pushy). Took advantage of the 2 for $25 offer, which is a great deal for lunch. Let me repeat, our server was great. He checked in on us, made sure everything was okay, and was generally pleasant. The meal was good, but the service can make or break a meal. We will come back.

Audrey was fantastic! It was Mother’s Day, smack dab during dinner time, so the restaurant was understandably incredibly busy. Audrey was kind, attentive and apologetic about the wait but the food was well worth it, everything was delicious!

Went on Mother's Day, had reservations. Seated right around that time. Server told us food would be late since they were so busy. Really? Food was warm, not hot. My pasta dish needed more sauce, requested. Server requested, told us it needed to be made fresh, but then could not as the kitchen staff were yelling at each other, never received. My husband's soup never arrived, but was on our bill which I had to request to be removed. Garlic bread (an extra charge) arrived late. Server was very apologetic. This is the second time we have dined here & been disappointed.

We went for Mother's Day and had the buffet. It was good and service was great. Our server was very attentive, and the manager was very attentive checking on us twice. We will return to order off the menu and give that a try.

Overall was grest time food was good service good given how busy they were food choices were good, omlette was great.

We (party of 2) arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and was asked to wait 15 minutes in the small foyer as people that arrived after us were seated, but when we were seated it was on a row of empty booths? Server was Very Good, friendly and efficient. Overall, the food was average with some high points such as the omelets and roast beef. Items in trays were a bit crowded together and overcooked. Could have used another meat entree. We had a good experience at the Granite City in Indianapolis years ago, that motivated us to try this one. Not a bad experience, just not likely to inspire us to drive over an hour again.

This was my second time coming here. Today was my mother 79th birthday and she wanted to spend her birthday there. We were lucky enough to get the same person Tim and he did an awesome job by himself for a party of 14. He was very accommodating even though he was assisting other people. Food, customer service perfect. They didn’t make us wait for our whole party to arrive to be seated immediately!!! Thank you
