Granite city is one of our go to restaurants so I was disappointed about our experience. Our appetizer was delivered and 5 minutes later our entrees so no time to eat the appetizer. My sister ordered a glass of wine which never came (it was deducted from the check) and our server never asked if I wanted a refill on my iced tea. He approached the table two times and asked if we were still good. We had the 2 for $35 special. The chicken Toscano was excellent but my sister’s asian chicken salad looked like a plate of Cole slaw. She had to look for the chicken. We were there on July 4 and service and timing of food was 100% better.

Great menu with some unique options. BBQ chicken flatbread was "wafer thin" loaded with delicious toppings. Do NOT miss out on the Beer-Cheddar soup--creamy, tangy, amazing! Gues said Italian salad was "one of the best she'd had in years, " and she's VERY Italian! Server was patient, attentive, personable, and efficient. Great LONG lunch with friends--we'll be back!

The food was great! 4 people had Fish &Chips, all said it was very good! I had the Gastro Pub Bison burger, the chef should be on Food Networks Burger Bash! Our waiter was Jassiel, very personable, explained menu, made sure everyone was happy, Great Experience! Thanks!

Fri 7:45pm no wait for table. Restaurant was empty, Sat outside on patio, inside was freezing. Food was good however service was extremely slow appears to be understaffed. Took forever to get sides and condiments, refills. Disappointing dining experience.

The server never actually stopped at our table to check in. He would run by and yell to “check in”. Didn’t bring things on time and completely forgot about others. Tried to use the excuse that he was training someone but was just chatting away in front of us the whole time.

It was a pleasant experience. The food was tasty. It wasn’t too crowded so the noise was much lower than our previous visits.

We had to move outdoors due to echo noise in enclosed patio. Service spotty on Father’s. Not enough staff to handle tables that did not elect the buffet

Brunch at Granite City is always great, especially holiday brunches like Mother's Day and Father's Day. We always book well in advance. The variety and quality are always fantastic. Yum! Yum! and More Yum!
