Mother's Day Menus & Specials
Happy Mother's Day! We will be offering a Brunch special 3 course prix fixe menu for $45/person, includes vegetarian and gluten free options. Please cancel outside of 48 hours to avoid a $25/person cancellation fee.
I reserved a 12 pm brunch for me, my sister and mom on Sunday to celebrate my birthday early. I have always walked by and seen the restaurant packed! The food, drinks and service went above and beyond my expectations! My favorite dish (and what looked like the rest of the guests on the patio will agree) was the banana bread French toast. It was so delicious, with the surprise of savory candied walnuts. I will be back again someday soon to try lunch and dinner.
It was perfect, everything was really goods thank you for the good service and good food
Great dinner and good staff
Granada Bistro is a beautiful restaurant with lovely food and views! This was our third time dining there and each experience has been wonderful. It was such a pleasant surprise to offer a well priced prix fixe Easter menu, as opposed to the typical obscenely overpriced and overindulgent Easter buffet. Food service tends to be a bit slow, but worthy of the wait and does provide more time to enjoy the ambiance. Wonderful start to the Easter holiday!
We had a great Easter brunch. The food was delicious and they even had a specialty Easter Gin Fizz made from carrot juice!
Lovely atmosphere in a 1920's vintage hotel outdoor patio, excellent service, food is delicious, although menu was somehow reduced due to Covid but the quality of food is not compromised in any way, overall it was a lovely dining experience and I do recommend.
A fun experience with a very helpful staff especially the mixologist/bartender. She not only was our waitress but our drink maker. The Manager was making sure everything was going smoothly.
I was a little disappointed when I made my reservation for outdoor dining on the patio, but the hostess insisted we sit inside because there was no room outside. I was looking forward to sitting out on the patio and made a reservation for the patio thinking that’s how it would work. Apparently a reservation isn’t good enough? I watched as people continued to get seated out on the patio seating area... I guess there was room out there after all? Despite the initial disappointment, the food and drinks were tasty. Our server hardly ever came around. Which was ok, we just had to wait a little long to order drinks or to pay the bill. I would say the overall service of the evening was a bit lacking. Thankful for the good company and good food I was able to enjoy though.
Wonderful again!
Best place for weekend brunch whenever we are in SLO. The food and service is awesome! Highly recommended!
We had the actual best time at Granada over the weekend. The hummus was amazing, the lamb bolognese was delicious and the steak was perfectly cooked and so flavorful. Our waitress + the bartender were so kind, so informed and brought us some of the best cocktails I’ve had to date! Highly recommend.
Excellent service, great atmosphere. Menu is a little limited for my tastes, but the ambiance is amazing.
Super cute ambiance, every detail thought of, even lit candles in the restroom and on little sconce/alcoves in the bar! Our server, Lauren, who was also tending the bar, was warm, attentive, cheerful and prompt! It was cold, though, and we were cold sitting indoors as wind came through the open door...maybe door was kept open due to the need for fresh air during the COVID pandemic? We didn't ask...but we were all quite cold by the end of our meal. Would be great if there was a selection of organic/biodynamic wines on wine list. I did find a really clean Gruner Veltliner that was tasty.
Next time, we will bring jackets or even lap blankets and maybe our own bottle of clean wine to enjoy during the meal as we did love the ambiance and we would like to dine there again.
Always enjoy cocktails and appetizers at Granada Inn. It’s a special SLO spot.
Lucked out on this being the first spot we dined at on our visit to SLO!! Great service, loved the overall vibe and the food was delish. The lamb bolognese was divine :)
Great food. Slow service. Could depend on night or server. Beautiful ambiance. Chill. Modern. Relaxing. Warm outdoor patio.
This is a great place for a weekend brunch. Cocktails are a must!
I'd eaten here several times when my son was a student at SLO. I hadn't been back since he graduated last year. Nothing (beyond COVID stuff) has changed. The food is still great, the service is still great and it's still a great place.
Food was good and the place had a cool vibe but the service was bad
Lovely evening.
first time having dinner there and I can't wait to go back. Food was great, had the lamb bolognese and Brussel sprouts. Highly recommend both. Wednesday is half off bottles under $100 so we enjoyed a great bottle that was recommended by our waitress. I've been going there for brunch for awhile and love it so glad dinner is on the same level. Cant wait to go back, great place for a date night.
As always....amazing food, service, ambiance, and drinks. Favorite place in SLO!
Beautiful night in outdoor garden. Heat lamps provided comfortable atmosphere. More menu items gave lots of choices. The cauliflower soup was excellent as was the Shrimp appetizer. The beet salad with carrots was also delicious. Can’t wait til next time.
As always the food and cocktails are great
Lovely al fresco dining! Delicious food and great service! We’ll be back!
Lovely outdoor evening, great service and excellent food!
Wonderful spot to eat outside in these Covid times. Beautiful setting and creative menu. Very good Central California wine list!
Great experience and great service. Exceptional!
Great ambiance and we had an AMAZING server. Wish I remembered his name, but he doubled as a bartender and really knew his stuff. Food was okay, but everything else made up for it! Will be back.

We appreciate your business and I certainly look forward to welcoming you back again! Best Regards, Jason Lisenby Food and Beverage Manager
Was a lovely dining experience. Food and cocktails were wonderful, and the wait staff was great.
Not sure if the hostess for the weekend was new, but a few times we had odd interactions. I don’t think she let our waitress know we were there, which resulted in our waitress not greeting us for 10-15 min, which she was super apologetic for, but totally wasn’t her fault. Another time we were grabbing drinks in the terrace area (we were told was for hotel guests only, which we were). Same hostess sat a table, took their beverage order, then as we asked if we could also grab drinks from her she told us she’d send over our waiter (the waiter never came). :/
Not a big deal, and we had a lovely time all weekend overall, but figured I’d share the experience.
Thank you for your valued feedback and for sharing with us some of your interactions and shortcomings. It sounds like we may have missed some opportunities in your service. I apologize and would love to welcome you back to Granada Hotel and Bistro in the near future to guarantee you a seamless experience. Best, Jason Lisenby Food and Beverage Manager
Service was fantastic food was delicious
I can't thank you enough for your glowing review. We are truly delighted to hear you enjoyed everything during your visit and your response will be shared with the staff. We certainly appreciate your business! I hope you were able to try our Peanut Butter Pie! It is so good!
The ambiance of the terrace was nice however the service was not great and neither was the food. My wife ordered the Lamb Bolognese ($26) and it tasted like unseasoned ground meat with a splash of sauce. I ordered the Tablas Creek lamb burger which was a little dry. The service was subpar in the sense that my water glass sat empty the entire time and the appetizer plates weren’t cleared until our dinner plates were cleared.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience at Granada Hotel and Bistro. Patio is always pleasant. The patio has always been one of my favorite places to dine on a pleasant day. The ambiance at Granda Bistro patio is perfect. Service was top notch with pleasant staff. Food was yummy, portions are not huge here but everything is always fresh. Recommend this location to anyone wanting a pleasant relaxing meal and cocktail.

Great patio dining area. Wonderful service. And the food was just amazing! We had the mussels, Caesar salad, mushroom risotto and the hangar steak. Everything was excellent. Made a perfect manhattan as well. We will definitely go back
The meal was delicious. The cocktails were amazing. The dessert was to DIE for.
We are local to the area and this is our go-to 'date night' restaurant. Fantastic food, the best mixed drinks in town, classy service, and intimate ambiance.
Best music of any restaurant in the area. Incredible service with very attentive staff. Food and cocktails alone are reasons 1 & 2 to experience the Bistro.
What a jewel of a place! Lovely outdoor terrace where we had a 3-course, well thought out Thanksgiving dinner. Service was impeccable from our entrance to dessert. They even called ahead to warn us about dining outside and the turkey supply problem. Food was very good. Highly recommend this bistro if you're in SLO.
Vibes were there, the food was alright, I got the barbecue chicken. It was a tad bit dry. 10/10 service and love the style of the place.
great food, service and ambiance. accommodated our running late for our reservation.
