   My companion is very particular about what she eats and how it is prepared. Scott waited on us and got everything perfect! The Chef even came out to deliver her meal, explained how he prepared it, and double-checked to ensure everything was to her liking. The Manager, Clinton Jeter, also stopped by to ask us about our dining experience. Well done Gibsons!

   Great experience. First time here. Steak was great. Service was great. Management was out talking with guests. Will go back again.

   Went on Mother’s Day weekend & although they were very busy, there was no interruption in the level of service. One guest ordered 14 oz. Filet medium but it was served on the rare side. We had to request it go back to the grill to further the cooking temperature. It still came back a little rare even after. But that’s not uncommon with thick larger cuts if meat. Overall it was a pleasant experience with good quality & seasoned steaks.

   Food is always excellent here, went for the lamb chops and they did not disappoint one bit. Very tender and juicy. Paired it with some brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes.

   Ordered the caprese salad, tomatoes were hard and tasteless, mozzarella was not fresh. Steak medallions were excellent, that's why I'm giving the food two stars instead of one. I've been there many times and first negative dining experience I had. The manager is supposed to tell the Chef so that he's aware.

   Excellent cocktails & food. Outstanding service from bartender Alex & waiter Javier. Attentive management! The grouper just melted in my mouth, so delicious!

   The food was excellent. We started with a wedge salad which was great. Our main was the WR’s Chicago Cut (22 oz) it was good but very fatty for our liking. We also had a 1/2LB of the Alaskan Red King Crab Legs. They we delicious. Sweet and tender. Very good. With a huge baked potato on the side. For dessert we ordered our favorite the Carrot cake. THE best carrot cake in all of Chicagoland. Our server was excellent; we did feel like the service was rushed. It was a Friday night, and we understand that they wanted to turn the table but let us enjoy our meal!

    Fantastic, loved it. We will be back! It we will bring friends to help with that carrot cake, haha. It was delicious.
