   It doesn’t matter how many times I eat at Gibson‘s. The food is always amazing. The steak is just so flavorful and so well done. It’s a revelation every time. Staff is always attentive and kind and it is a great place to people watch. Going to Gibson’s when I am staying in Rosemont is one of my favorite traditions.

   Delicious cold and crisp salad. I ordered the ribs but didn't like the hickory taste. They need to make them another way. Very disappointing. Fries were good and mashed potatoes good. Would love to see onion rings or strings on the menu. I wish there was a smaller cake so2 people can celebrate birthdays, anniversaries.

   So I have been attending since three days at the Donald E convention center across the street the industrial bulk show just so happens. Gibsons is across the street my favorite. I go to the boathouse when I’m in Orlando, Florida seeing the mouse food is fabulous. I was really excited. I made a reservation for two people me and my brother unfortunately, I am here with my grandfather, uncle An-co plural people I don’t wanna be with they invited themselves Whatever I’m really excited to enjoy my meal I ordered a New York strip, medium rare. I informed him I have an allergy. He was very understanding and respectable. My food came my steak. Temperature was medium. Well, it was a bit done for my liking, and it was very under seasoned. And my potato was near raw like just about edible. It was hard as foam mattress  I never complain. I’m just giving constructive criticism. I love Gibsons. I love it other restaurants. My guess with Me also did not enjoy your meal I came back today, April 30. The food was phenomenal out of this world spectacular I came in around. I think 2:30 and my waiter was Kyle if I’m not mistaken his name was he was excellent.  I wish my first waiter was more attentive and served a little better and quicker the restaurant was pretty empty at the time April 29 at 5:30 if I’m not mistaken But again, I love the establishment deeply and it is just constructive criticism.    Steaks are exceptional and the reason to go here. Service outstanding. Only flaw is tables are too close together which can be distracting. Still if the mood is for steaks, this is the go-to place.

   The ambiance was very nice. Gibsons was energetic. A.C., our server, was very knowledgeable and made our evening enjoyable. Will visit again

   We had a wonderful experience. Our server was Leslie and she was amazing! She was personable, paced our meal and never rushed us. She was very tentative as well. The food was great too. A fantastic evening out!

    Tables are squeezed together way to tight!1 literally servers/waiters bumping into 2 of our guests that were in the aisle!! 7 diners, and Food was not worth almost $100 p/p with only 3 cocktails purchased. The whole squeezing in as many diners as possible is unacceptable for a high-end restaurant. Our server was good 100%.
