Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

We always go to Giadas whenever were in town. Smaller portions for older ladies who don't eat as much would be great otherwise such a waste. Someday, hope Giada is there to meet her. .such a super fan!

Our meal was EXCELLENT. The flavors were bright and fresh. We stared with the Caprese salad and arugula salad. Both were fantastic, but the Caprese was the clear winner. I had the lemon spaghetti with shrimp. The pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly. The sauce and shrimp were both beyond fantastic. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to dine there

Giada's Lemon Ricotta cookies for desert are to die for. Light and Refreshing. And the best part is you can her recipe on the Food Network web site!

Service was great! The food was bland and dry. A disappointment as I’ve been there many times and it was delish. Giada was as rundown culinarily as the Cromwell is as a hotel. It’s evident it’s on the way out. Doubt I’ll go back.

This was not my first time visiting Giada’s but the first somewhat disappointing experience. Arrived and were seated early which was great but when asked by our server if we needed to be somewhere we stated yes we needed to be out in 1 hour 45 minutes. We ordered appetizers and they didn’t arrive so after 30 minutes my husband reminded her. She apologized and then held back our salad and entree. Unfortunately we had to leave without finishing our meals. No dessert was offered and nothing comped on a $600 bill. This was a birthday dinner for me with my children. Very disappointing.

Best dinner we had after 5 nights in Las Vegas. We got a surprise upgrade to strip view of the Bellagio fountains which was spectacular. We did the tasting menu of Tuna crudo, bacon wrapped dates (delicious), homemade pasta rigatoni, halibut and chicken parm followed by wonderful cookies and beignets. We pull definitely come back!
