   Siguen cobrando por mesas con vista al Bellagio. Pero se construyó un puente que lo tapa. La masa es muy gruesa para las pastas. No es malo de ninguna forma. Pero no volveré

   Great atmosphere and knowledgeable friendly staff. We go every year and I must say the price for value of food is getting pricey. $45 lobster tail the size of one of the shrimp is crazy, but that’s just me. Always a must in Vegas!

   Over all the food and service was good. The Restaurant is on the 2nd floor so the view of the strip isn’t that impressive. Our server was very animated. Almost over the top. Our drinks came out slow, but the appetizer quickly. We asked her to pace the food which she did so we did not feel rushed. I had the lemon pasta which was cooked al dente. Note the entree only comes with 2 shrimp. Drinks are expensive, but this is the case in most upscale restaurants in Vegas.

   Server disappeared when the food came out in segments. Never came by to ask for more drinks or how our meals were. But immediately rushed over when we signed the check to see what we tipped him. If we return we will absolutely avoid him. Food was incredible. The Cacio Pepe is a ton of food, you’ll need a box to go. The 10 year anniversary pre-fix is a killer deal. Drinks are weak.

   We had reservations for 2pm here - the only time we could get in, and were so excited for our first visit. It turned out to be a disappointment. The service was great and being near the windows was nice, but my 14 year old makes better spaghetti out of a package and with homemade sauce, the cavatelli was bland, the short rib was just okay, and $120 seafood “tower” was incredibly skimpy and the shrimp was slightly overcooked. Tuna crisp was also blah. We wouldnt go back.

   Went to Giadia’s on Sunday for a late breakfast. This was my second visit. It took over 10 minutes to get water and I had to ask twice for a teaspoon. It was not a deal breaker but it was disappointing. The nee menu selections pale in comparison to the old menu offerings. I was looking forward to chicken and waffles and a fresh fruit plate. Not on the menu. I asked for any type of fruit and was told that there is none. Again, disappointed. The food was good.
