Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

The experience will feature Strip views from the open-air restaurant overlooking Las Vegas Blvd. Guest can enjoy watching the fireworks while indulging on cocktails, bites and live entertainment. Doors open at 5:30pm. All inclusive food and two drink vouchers, additional cocktails available for purchase. In and out privileges throughout the evening, come and go as you please.

Food was AMAZING! Ambiance was super cozy and inviting. Staff was outstanding. MUST TRY the house specialty lemon spaghetti with shrimp and the orzo meatballs. Literally could eat those all day every day. And the limoncello souffle - *chef's kiss*

Everything was wonderful except for one thing. I ordered the three course meal and the three other people I was with ordered four course. My main was brought while they ate their pasta course. So I had no food when they were served their main. Makes no sense. Shouldn’t all main courses be served together. Shouldn’t I have been without food during the pasta course? I was also served my app alone. Then they were served their salads and I had no course. Why wasn’t my app served when they chit their salads. Would love to know the reasoning behind all this?

Great location to celebrate our anniversary. Despite being on the Strip, Giada wasn’t overly crowded or noisy. The service was top notch and the food was incredible!

Charged $40 for a double g&t when house cocktails were $23 Waiter’s response when questioned ( and the two managers) ‘that’s Vegas for you’ Same drink at Wynn night before was less than $20. This celebrity restaurant won’t be around for long- ‘That’s Vegas for you’
