Los amantes de la gastronomía italiana pueden regocijarse pues Giada de Laurentiis, la celebridad y chef ganadora de un premio Emmy, ha inaugurado Giada, su primer restaurante, ubicado al interior de The Cromwell. Este encantador restaurante de Las Vegas da la bienvenida a los comensales con colores cálidos, muebles cómodos e iluminación natural gracias a las enormes ventanas retráctiles del restaurante. Los comensales pueden comer en el salón comedor, el lounge o en las mesas junto a las ventanas, con impresionantes vistas de las fuentes del Bellagio y el Caesars Palace.                                                                                         I have tried to figure out what to write that could translate my experience best. Moving and inspiring. Those are the words. First, we started with the Arincini balls and focacci bread. The arincini balls were so light and airy! The focacci bread (well wr also got one to go if that tells you anything!). I couldn't decide between the chicken parmesean or the lemon spaghetti. So the wonderful waiter suggested the chicken parmesean with a side of the lemon spaghetti (because I seemed hesitant about how I would like the spaghetti). OMG!! THAT LEMON SPAGHETTI!!! The dinner brought me to tears it was so delicious. It made me want to go home and cook for my family. I haven't had any meals that inspired me like that, ever. Don't miss out on this incredible restaurant. The staff was top notch. The drinks were yummy. The food...chef's kiss.

                                                                                        Food was exceptional—especially the lobster ravioli! The lemon spaghetti was also solid, though served on the colder side. Romaine salad was great. Service was so-so…should have been better, given how much we were paying & it was my husband’s birthday, which we told them.

                                                                                        Great experience. Saturday brunch was wonderful but really wanted the crispy bacon wrapped dates however they are not served at brunch. As always a great experience.

                                                                                        For brunch, this place was a great escape from the party rush. The food was delicious. I got Giadas Benedict with prosciutto and wifey got the breakfast risotto. We also got the meatballs so we could taste a little of what they offer at night. All was amazing and with a decent price for being centrally located on the strip. Overlooks the corner of the Bellagio fountain. My favorite part was the service. They were on top of it. Anytime we would finish a dish we were getting new utensils/dishes for the next thing and also drinks right away. Giada your staff was great! I would definitely eat breakfast here again. Wish we had more time for dinner… next time!
