Los amantes de la gastronomía italiana pueden regocijarse pues Giada de Laurentiis, la celebridad y chef ganadora de un premio Emmy, ha inaugurado Giada, su primer restaurante, ubicado al interior de The Cromwell. Este encantador restaurante de Las Vegas da la bienvenida a los comensales con colores cálidos, muebles cómodos e iluminación natural gracias a las enormes ventanas retráctiles del restaurante. Los comensales pueden comer en el salón comedor, el lounge o en las mesas junto a las ventanas, con impresionantes vistas de las fuentes del Bellagio y el Caesars Palace. El menú consistirá de platillos de la gastronomía italiana con influencias californianas originales. El menú incluye espagueti al limón, pollo cacciatore (cocinado con cebolla, hierbas, tomate y pimiento), albóndigas marsala de pollo con hierbas, focaccia de romero, pan plano al limón y rigatoni a la boloñesa con verduras. New for 2025, take in the 4th of July excitement from Giada's, located in the heart of The Strip at The Cromwell. Enjoy elevated hospitality and all-inclusive food by celebrity chef and television personality Giada De Laurentiis and her culinary team along with two drink vouchers. The experience will feature Strip views from the open-air restaurant overlooking Las Vegas Blvd. Guest can enjoy watching the fireworks while indulging on cocktails, bites and live entertainment. Doors open at 5:30pm. All inclusive food and two drink vouchers, additional cocktails available for purchase. In and out privileges throughout the evening, come and go as you please.

Billy is great! Food was fantastic. Try the risotto with sunny side up eggs! You won't regret it. The meat and cheese plate is a generous portion, but only 3 pieces of bread. The foccacia is fantastic, but it should have enough bread to fully enjoy.

Server was very nice but was more concerned with the larger table seated next to us. He did not even check on us to see if our dinners were satisfactory. Server assistant was very nice and paid more attention to use than server. Food was fine but it would be a nice touch to have some bread provided with meal instead of having to order a full order and delivered well after the dinners arrived. Overall it was good but probably would not return on our next trip to Vegas. A bit disappointed in our anniversary celebration.

Wow. It was a beautiful experience. Loved our server Brataslov (sp?). We felt so well taken care of and the evening was very special. The food was unbelievable. Enjoyed every bite. Wonderful!

The gluten free pasta was homemade and was the best GF pasta we’ve had. We went twice and both times the servers were exceptional.

Food and Service was outstanding! Eddie T was our server and was very helpful with the Menus, suggestions and very attentive to us. We made another reservation for the weekend!

Nice open restaurant with very low noise levels. Service was great and was overall a good meal. However it was my first “celebrity chef” restaurant where I couldn’t discern what made it Giada vs any other Italian restaurant. The food was good and the service is excellent, I just don’t know if I would pay the celebrity chef prices here again when there’s so many others to explore.

We were the first people to get seated after thy opened. We were sat in the middle of the room. Everybody after us was sat by the window. Just kind of wonder why. Our waiter took a little long to come to the table after we were seated. The waiters helper was very busy trying to set up for a very large party. Therefore leaving us a an after thought. Waters empty a lot. The food was excellent. Ate form Restaurant Week Tasting Menu. Tuna tartare was delicious. Calabrian Shrimp was great. I had the Stuffed Chicken Parmesan which was very large and tasty. My wife had the Lemon Spaghetti with shrimp it was very tasty too. To top it off we had cookies and Nutella Beignets that finished off the meal just perfectly.
