Giada - The Cromwell
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.
There are family-style options, along with a vegan and gluten-free menu options. Desserts, like the lemon ricotta cookies and sorbets, serve as the perfect ending.
Super noisy, food was over priced and not very special. Could not hear our server or each other. We sat at a half moon booth which felt huge when trying to have a conversation but weirdly crowded when the oversized dishes were placed on the table. Food was good but not worth the price. Forgettable.
We were not pleased with this meal. Food was good but portions were unbelievably small.
Second time visiting Giada’s and it simply hits all the marks. The ambiance is beautiful especially near the window (request that if you visit) the service was anticipatory and very pleasant. The food was phenomenal. Wish we were able to save room for dessert.
Had the brussels, bacon wrapped dates, and then the cacio e pepe which I highly recommend.
This is the second time we have been there. Our server was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was fabulous. We will definitely go back!
Great environment, great service, excellent food. My wife was so excited to visit Jana‘s restaurant,
Bucket List ✅
We sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order and that was only after a member of our party went to the bar and asked for them to send someone. We waited a very long time and had to ask for bread service. We had several food mishaps including a lobster dish 2 of us ordered that was so fishy we couldn’t consume. It had to be sent back. We also had items that never arrived but were charged for and had to be taken off the bill. Our server Ronald E. was extremely aloof and disinterested in our dining experience. We had to ask 3 times just for water refills. It was my recommendation to go to Giada’s to celebrate the Birthdays of 3 of the 6 of us and it was not even mentioned by the staff even though they were clearly made aware of the reason we were there.
We arrived 20 minutes early and happily waited our turn with great anticipation . What a disappointment. We were very much aware of the price point of the restaurant and enjoy fine dining often. Giada’s missed the mark completely.
Giadas needs to be on everyone's bucket list if you like Italian food!!
It was good but it wasn’t fantastic, which was our expectation. The service was fantastic.
This is truly one if Vegas’ best! The meatballs are so flavorful and tender.
The eggplant is to die for and the homemade pasta literally melts in the mouth.
I highly recommend Giana’s.
The entree I hot was so bad. I've eaten here abt 20 times order same lemon shrimp entree but once came nothing like I've ever seem presentation so plain nothing like I've had no taste pasta plain shrimp swimming in milk and butter waiter insisted I was wrong never had what I was describing 1 1/2, tiny shrimp pasta no taste had to ask for salt lemon to do my own husbands plate just like mine Price up $6 I will be back but will never order again
Overpriced restaurant. The food is ok but not spectacular. Ingredients seem to be good.
Best meal many of us had EVER- from the intimate round table for 8 of us to the incredible mouth watering food to the beautiful decor...everything was perfect from beginning to end. With all of that being remarkable, the most memorable part was our outstanding server, Lauren. By far the most professional, passionate server we have ever encountered. We will be back!
Amazing food, incredible views and friendly service made for an excellent evening and an amazing meal. I highly recommend Giada for a fun meal, business meal or anything in-between.
This is a must for each trip to Vegas. We love the food and service. Always excellent.
I just love the antipasti platters. They are fabulous.. I order them every time.
The server was professional and courteous. We sat next to a very loud laughing! I guess we were expecting more of a place like Giada and the steak had a powerful woody taste !
The pizzette was very good.
The bone-in steak was delicious! The flavors were robust and it was cooked at a perfect medium throughout.
The rosemary bread was a delightful surprise as well.
Great food and service
Table for two seating was half bench / half chair even after we waited past our reservation time for a regular table. They initially were going to seat us in the bar even though we had a reservation! Not good ....
The server was a little inattentive. We had to ask for something else (ice tea), we had to wait for him to come back by to ask for sweetener, we had to wait for sometime after our salads were served for him to come back by and ask for fresh cracked pepper. However, he was very personable and funny.
This was our third night in a row, so needless to say, we loved everything about the experience. The food is crazy good and fresh. The people were great. The time is relaxed and not rushed at all.
What a fantastic experience! We had Brunch at Giada’s on our last day in Vegas. It was truly memorable. The service and food were exceptional. Great attention to detail. Get the bottomless mimosas - you won’t regret it.
I have eaten at Giada's several times and it never disappoints. I brought two friends who had never been there before and they were wildly impressed and very happy. I think I just created two future return customers!!
Amazing service and food!!
Excellent food & service
Our server was simply amazing. Best I’ve ever experienced. Very very very nice and professional guy.
We went to Giada's based on recommendations from family. I booked the reservation over a week in advance and had requested a window seat so we could watch the fountains while eating (an OpenTable recommendation). They were unable to accommodate, which is fine, but then didn't even sit us in the dining room and we were sat in the bar area. A Knights game was just starting and we were seeing the crowd at the bar start to rile up which did initially annoy us, but they at least quieted down.
Let me just get in there that our server was absolutely great and about the only redeeming factor of our evening at Giada. He went out of his way to take care of us, but he is also on his way out and was under his final two weeks with the restaurant.
My date ordered a bone-in filet cooked medium rare, which showed up well done. I ordered the lamb shanks which, while good, was basically just a $60 pot roast dish, but I'll take the blame on that for now knowing what I was ordering. The side dishes were OK and their drink selection was pretty normal.
Part of our payment was to be made with a gift card. Fair warning for anyone who is used to how gift cards SHOULD work, but Giada's isn't one of them. If you don't use their gift card within 12 months of it's purchase date, it begins to charge you $5/month service fee, which resulted in our card having a zero value. It does say this on the back of the card and I didn't read it, my fault, but I've also never had a gift card that does this. It's a way for them to steal your money since having gift cards expire has been illegal for a while now.
Overall, quite a disappointing experience. Food was nowhere near worth it's price, zero effort to accommodate requests or even acknowledge them, acceptable drinks, but at least great service.
We won't be going back, we won't recommend it to anyone, and we will actively discourage others from going there. Spend your money elsewhere, I promise you'll be happier.
Great place for clients, friends and family.
Best service and view in Vegas! From seeing the night skyline, water fountain show and yummy waitors!!! Great dinning experience! Will definitely be back!
Shout-out to our server, Rocco, for making an exceptionally special evening even better! His food knowledge, quick service and friendly manner was extremely enjoyable. The food was great and even though we'd been seated in the back, essentially in a corner, we came to appreciate it because of Rocco and the quieter atmosphere. Thank you, we will be returning!
Our service was excellent. I ordered the lobster ravioli which had a nice flavor but it was on the lukewarm side. It was quiet where they sat us since it was in the very back corner away from the main restaurant.
Four of us arrived shortly before 5 for a 5:45 reservation and planned to have a drink in the bar. The bar was relatively full and we couldn’t decide if there would be a cocktail server or not. One of us went to the bar to order and was given iPads. We spent some time trying to figure out how to order off of them only to find that they are just menus. After about 20-25 minutes passed, my hubby went to the bar to order when finally a cocktail waitress appeared and took the order for the other couple.
We were seated at a lovely location right by the window and got to watch the Bellagio fountains through dinner.
I ordered the fettuccini with lobster and there was definitely something ‘off’ with the lobster. Strange as it sounds, it tasted like it had been exposed to something containing bleach. Hubby has the ravioli and said that the only problem with it was that it wasn’t hot. The other couple ordered scallops and both seemed pleased.
Just a rather lackluster evening as far as the food goes.
Cacio e Pepe is amazing!! We will be back!!!
Attentive, first rate service and wonderful food. We enjoyed the views of the strip and fountains, and
had a most memorable evening. A bit pricey for our norm, but for a special occasion it was ideal.
Second time here and we love it
Great brunch spot, the limitless mimosas for $30 are a bargain, service was great.
Food was outstanding, highly recommend...nicely done
We love eating at Giadas every time we visit Las Vegas!
Great experience. Service was great!! We all ordered something different...polenta waffle was awesome, as well as the salmon Benedict. Sat at a wonderful table overlooking the strip. Bottomless mimosa were good.
