Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Made a reservation via Open Table, as part of our pre-Wedding experience. Were given a lovely booth close to the window, with a view of the Fountains at Bellagio. Service was impeccable and very attentive and the food was outstanding Shared the Bacon wrapped dates as a starter. Lobster Ravioli and Signature Lemon Spaghetti mains, before treating ourselves to the Chocolate Souffle as well as the Cookies. Well worth a visit, especially with a reservation!!

Took our customer and his wife here for a business dinner and the food, staff were amazing! The view of the Bellagio Water Fountain just added so much to our meal. Would strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone that visits Vegas. You want be disappointed.
