Giada - The Cromwell
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.
There are family-style options, along with a vegan and gluten-free menu options. Desserts, like the lemon ricotta cookies and sorbets, serve as the perfect ending.

Zuma Restaurant - Las Vegas
The wine was good, but the food was mediocre at best. The bacon wrapped dates were dry, and the rigatoni was overcooked. Everything else was fine.
Our server from Connecticut, Fredrick really made the experience as good as the food and the food was AMAZING!!
Great food, prompt service
Sit by a window.....amazing view
Coffee was great
Love Giada! Usually the service is top notch. Today was a bit slow but likely due to the volume of customers. It was off-putting but I will still come back due to my overall satisfaction! Food and cocktails were great
We visited for the dessert tasting menu but they weren’t serving it due to Valentine’s Day. We settled for alternate choices. Half way through eating my dessert I found a blond hair in my cheesecake and informed the staff. The manager graciously apologized and removed the charge even when I was willing to pay and close out. Service was great and I tipped the waitress according to the full tab.
Came for Valentine’s Day and had a great experience!
Service and food was much better last visit, dirty dishes left on the table for a long time
My husband and I had Valentines night dinner here.. We did the Valentines tasting menu.. to the tune of $470.00...Our food was excellent but Overpriced for just a regular filet and lobster for 2...
The service is great. The view is nice. The food was just ok. We had the seafood tower which was a little disappointing. I like my seafood tower just that.... fresh seafood. They took the seafood tower and made 3 dishes out of the lobster, oysters and the octopus that were not to my iking. It would have been much better if they just would have left it natural. The oyster Rockefeller was ok but not like any rockefeller I have ever had...New Orleans restaurants make that dish much better. The pizza is tiny and just ok. This restaurant is not my favorite.
Very nice scene in this restaurant. Service was excellent. Biggest complaints were that our entrees took forever to come out. Our waiter said the kitchen was backed up. The manager came out to apologize. When the entrees arrived I was disappointed to find that the lobster was mushy. Was not properly prepared. It was taken back and replaced, but that replacement lobster too was mushy. I think that the lobster was just old and had been in the tank too long. At that point I declined on the lobster. After waiting so long for the entrees and lobster correction I wasn’t even hungry anymore. But for a $400+ meal for just 2 people, I didn’t expect to wait so long for our entrees, and I certainly didn’t expect bad lobster. I really had hoped for a 5 star experience and this was more like a 2 star based on the wait and the food preparation
It was ok, i’m not sure why this time the experience was ok
My husband eat a lobster pasta and after we left the restaurant he got an allergy. First time that’s happen!!!
My plate was a gluten free pasta with shrimp and was normal.
I’m not sure if I would recommend this restaurant.
We has been there few times and the experience was perfect!!!!
Very slow otherwise fantastic
We have been to Giada’s several times. This occasion was a trip to LV with friends. My friend has some food allergies and after she started eating the waiter told her maybe he should check and see if she should be eating that. This was after she had given him a list with her allergies and then ordered . Kind of ruined her meal....
TBH there are many better choices in Vegas. Both of our pasta dishes were mediocre at best. And tiny portions (although the server did warn us of that). The dessert was an apple crumble that was just meh - and the gelato scoop was the size of a tablespoon. The meatballs were delicious. The view is amazing and the service was great but overall i wouldn't return.
Our server, Fred, was hands down the best waiter that I have ever had. While the food was fantastic, he made the night even better. Polite, attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and sincere are just a few words that come to mind immediately. Thank you for an all round excellent experience!
Food was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!
Nice setting and excellent service. Regrettably, however, very disappointing food. The pasta was okay but not at all distinguished. None of us ate more than half. The veal chop was heavily breaded and very dry. We sent it back. Happily, the staff was extremely gracious about it. The lamb shank was okay, but just okay. The portions are ridiculously large — even if one wanted to eat them. It’s a shame because the restaurant is lovely with great views and a professional staff in the dining room. Maybe just an off night. But at those prices, we won’t be going back to find out. Hate to leave bad reviews, but since you asked, there it is.
I think this was maybe our 10th time visiting Giada’s. We have always had the most amazing time, cocktails and meals when we’ve been there. This week I brought one of my largest customers with me that was in town visiting for a trade show. The Hostess up front was sweet and very accommodating. We had drinks at the bar and the bartender was amazing and got our night started perfectly. Our server was perfect and did all he could to make our night as enjoyable as possible. The big problem I had from the night was the Sommelier. He was rude and offered no value to us. We travel to Napa often and enjoy a wide range of fine wines. When we see something on a menu that we recognize that we haven’t seen anywhere else or think it’s only for members of that club we get excited and it’s a great conversation piece. So when we saw a bottle of ALTVS we ordered it and when he brought it I started to tell him how I was familiar with the vineyard and have even met the winemaker a couple of times. He said nothing and practically rolled his eyes at me, poured the wine and walked away. It was embarrassing in front of my fiancé and customers. We even ordered a second bottle and I hoped to get someone else or that he would at least have something to say this time and again, never said a word. I have higher expectations for a restaurant like Giada’s and that’s why we continue to go there and recommend it to others all the time. This was an extremely disappointing experience due to his actions. On May 1st we’re returning and actually coming back with our wine host from Duckhorn in Napa and I hope that we have a better experience then or it will be our last visit.
The best dining experience I’ve had in years. Fantastic food and exceptional service.
Service was great! Very knowledgeable and personable. The food was good. Shrimp spaghetti was a little under seasoned but still delicious. The filet was incredibly tender, but the sauce that accompanied it was a bit too smoky and threw off the flavor a bit. Overall though, great food. We were celebrating our anniversary and we were gifted a small tasting of Giada’s most popular cookies.
Dinner was fabulous, but service was even better. Waitress helped us order and kept the plates coming. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not steer us wrong. Also very accommodating to food sensitivities.
There for our anniversary did not disappoint. We have been to a lot of the celebrity restaurants this one is worthy of the celebrity title unlike a lot of others.
Everything about this restaurant was awesome. The drinks, wine, food and service were excellent. I highly recommend the Lobster Ravioli and the Machiato Cheesecake!
Noticeable improvement over previous visit last year.
Was so excited to eat there... little disappointed
Everything was superb! The service was exceptional, the food presentation was amazing, and the food itself was sublime! So glad we were able to finally make it to Giada’s! Will definitely have to make it a stop next time in Vegas!!
Our server was super rude and frankly I almost got up and left. There was inconsistent lighting with some tables having plenty of light and some having none. The fig and goat cheese crostini was so heavy on the fig that you couldn’t taste any goat cheese. The pancetta arancini had a smokey flavor, but you really didn’t get any pancetta. The Calabrian bucatini had a back burn, but otherwise it was really bland. It lacked salt and you didn’t even get tomato flavor. The lamb shank was tender and the au jus was quite tasty, but the pasta side was meh. The baked Alaska, while beautiful, was just ok. The meringue and ice cream were, but the cookie bottom had an off/bitter taste and was almost impossible to cut. On top of all of that, it was an extremely expensive meal for it to be such a disappointment. The best thing on the table was the pesto that came with the bread.
Excellent service and Food. Came here with a table of 15 for a business meal and the wait staff was great at suggesting food and was impressed at how we were all served at the same time. A bit of a wait while they got the table ready which is maybe understandable given the size of our party.
Small portions for the price. Felt like they were trying hard to be an upscale Italian restaurant.
Everytime we come to Las Vegas we have dinner at Giada! We absolutely love everything about the restaurant... namely the creator, Giada herself, the food... delicious... the service ...impeccable... the hostesses... beautiful and professional and this time we got our favorite waiter... Rocco!!!! Would love to be on your mailing list and come sometime when Giada is there doing something special.... the only great meal we had this time was at Giada!
We had an amazing time at Giada on Sunday for our anniversary dinner. We both did the tasting menu and got different dishes we both were interested in to share - resulting in us being able to try quite a lot of food. The portion sizes for the four courses were perfect, enough to get to enjoy it without getting too full in the process.
Every item we tried was fantastic. Our favorites were the lemon spaghetti and the Bucatini pasta. The lemon spaghetti was light, flavorful and fresh and the other pasta had a nice slightly spicy red sauce. The main entrees (the flank steak and salmon) were also perfection. Every dessert tried hit the mark as well! We will definitely be back!
I was drawn to Giada because of the Chocolate Hazelnut (gluten free friendly) pancakes and they did NOT disappoint. We were seated on the window facing the strip which was a great spot to people watch from. The endless mimosas we enjoyed with brunch were ample and so tasty... that fresh-squeezed orange juice took it over the top. My dining partner got the pastry board which was so generous and a great value (not to mention tasty!). Giada is now on our list for each Vegas visit.
As always, excellent tasting dishes and appetizers!
Wonderful food and great atmosphere.
The food was delicious and our server was very attentive and personable. We loved it!
Outstanding restaurant. Outstanding service and waiter!
We had a great view and great seat.
