If you want french onion soup with worcestershire sauce being the predominant ingredient, you are in luck. Grits and potatoes have virtually no flavor at all. If you want classic eggs benedict without ham or canadian bacon and a teaspoon of flat hollandaise, you are in luck. Presentation? There is none. Nothing looked appetizing. If you want your entrees to come to the table before your appetizers, again you are in luck. Our server showed up only three times, didn't know the soup of the day and asked if we wanted the check as we were eating our entrees. Such a bummer! This used to be a "go to" restaurant for us.

Unfortunately, this restaurant didn’t live up to expectations. Our group of six tried a variety of dishes, and everything ranged from average to downright bad. For a Mother’s Day lunch, it was a real letdown—especially given how many great dining options there are in Nashville. Definitely not worth the money, and we won’t be returning. I’m genuinely surprised that a restaurant with such a well-known name can’t get the basics right. The French toast, burger, Caesar salad, and breakfast potatoes were all underwhelming—bland, poorly executed. When you dine at a recognizable establishment, you expect at least a certain standard, and this visit fell way below that mark.

I absolutely LOVE Germantown Cafe! They never miss. The food and service is impeccable. We had a great early Mother’s Day outing there.

Service was great. Food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the meal, and the space. Only commentary was parking situation but there’s a parking lot you can pay to park just across the street.

Overall was good . But I ordered the chicken Milanese it did not show as spicy on menu. But was very spicy. Waitress was slow and not a packed restaurant wife haa pork chop and was delicious. Margaritas were top notch too

Asian noodle salad was delicious and plenty to share for two. Plum tenderloin was also delicious and just the right amount for 2. Plating of both items into 2 portions was excellently done.
