El chef ejecutivo Loseto presenta una innovadora "Toronto Cuisine", la cual está dedicada a alimentos de temporada, naturales, locales y sostenibles, provenientes de los mercados de la ciudad. Según las palabras del propio Loseto, "esto significa que la comida está inspirada no solo por las estaciones del año, sino también por la variedad de productos disponibles de diferentes culturas de alrededor del mundo".     The food was wonderful. For example, I really enjoyed the rhubarb sponge dessert; the warmth and the way it melted in my mouth brought happiness to my dining experience. The venison appetizer had an amazing texture, it was tender and it felt fresh. The server was very considerate and fulfilled our wishes by giving us two beautiful roses to set on our table. Thank you, I will definitely come back again.

    The venison tartare and sweetbreads on the seasonal menu was fantastic! Flavors on every dish was balanced very well. Service was also quite good. I will return to dine.

    The chef out did himself. Every dish spectacular. However, the noise level especially the music, increased as the night went on which made conversation challenging. Our server Chris started off strong but his attention and efficiency faded during our seating. Looking forward to our next visit as the food worth the diminished service.

    George Restaurant is Summerlicious at its Best. If you have not tried George Restaurant, Summerlicious is an excellent opportunity to sample their creative cuisine. You are in for a wonderful dining experience. You can dine in the restaurant or on their beautiful patio, From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. The Summerlicious menu is varied and has lots of wonderful choices. The dishes are creatively prepared. The quality of the food and service are superb. We started with Zucchini Flowers as an extra appetizer and they were delicious. Three of us chose the Zucchini Slaw and it was beautifully presented and refreshing. Another had the Maple Smoked Tomato Soup and also enjoyed it. The Salmon dish was perfectly prepared, creatively presented and delicious. There are three excellent choices for desserts. Besides the delicious food, another plus is the staff. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated the excellent service we received. Thanks to the chefs for creating such wonderful dishes, George is one restaurant that never disappoints.

    The sumerlicious menu was fantastic. My wife enjoyed the wine pairings. The optional course, which we skipped, was expensive relative to the base fixed price. Staff was very attentive, but we still had some hiccups when a requested plate didn't arrive and we didn't get steak knives for our meat course. All said we will be going back.

    Worth revisiting Michelin recommendation. Skilful preparation of appetiser, meats and main dishes. Tasted seafood, rabbit, foie gras, boar in a 5-course tasting menu. Wonderful combination together with wining pairing. Tons of flavour in your mouth in each dishes. Fair deal when it comes to its portion, size and the final bill.

    The food is great, and I really loved the patio—perfect spot during Summerlicious. Service, however, was inconsistent. Some staff delivered a level of service worthy of a Michelin-starred experience, while others made it feel more like a casual chain restaurant. Unfortunately, I couldn’t help but notice that the difference in service seemed to be based on ethnicity, as I observed that the less attentive service was consistently directed toward Asian guests, including myself. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and ensures all guests are treated with equal respect and care.
