Gaucho is heating things up in the mountains! Gauchos are the cowboys of South America – a national symbol of pride and tradition. The residents of Rio Grande do Sul, a Brazilian state, are affectionately referred to as “Gauchos”. This state, renowned for its unique churrasco barbecue, is the birthplace of Chef Edmilson Rodrigues.

Warm up after a day outdoors with authentic Churrasco - Brazilian barbecue, or indulge anytime in the bold tastes, flavours and fun of Rodizio -all-you-care-to-enjoy dining. Our barbecue chefs will bring perfectly roasted meats directly to your table on massive Gaucho-style skewers, each with a tender selection of cuts of the day.     Services agréable et courtois, belle explication du concept. Les viandes étaient excellente, service rapide et bons conseils. Je recommande fortement d’essayer ce restaurant à votre passage à Canmore.

    Food and service both excellent. And they tracked us down after we left to refund an accidental overcharge on our bill. Impressed with the honesty and the effort to make it right! The desserts were superb, the main courses plentiful. Love this style of dining; this was our 2nd experience. Hope to get back there soon!

    Like meat? Go here!! Absolutely fantastic. Great food, excellent taste, a lot of choices, as much as you want and all for a fair price! You pay 70 dollar for a full churrascaria, which means they come to the table with sirloin, sausages, beef. pork, picaña and more. You can order sides like potatoes, salads, mushrooms, fries and all you want. As a Tourguide I go around the world and I know my fair share of food and restaurants. I also visit Brazil frequently. This is truly amazing! I see some reviews and don’t understand the negative onces. Cannot think of anything gone wrong?! I will be back in 4 weeks!

    Our server was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. We came with our two energetic kids for Mother’s Day lunch and she was amazing. She was kind and always attentive, filling our drinks and checking in. We love it here and of course will be back. Everyone was a joy and the food is always delicious.

    Excellent Food, Great Service, Good Value, Noise level was high due to a BIG party in their back party room. Solarium was quieter and has good ambiance.

    Food and service is consistently great! We particularly appreciate Douglas and Hana’s service. This was the first time though we experienced severe noise and chaos in the dining room due to large groups with babies. We will make it a point to ask for window side table any next time.
