Excellent fresh food and excellent service. It was my first time in Berkeley. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was good. Server (not waitress) seems unhappy and had to be asked to take empty plates.

My granddaughter and I had a very pleasant lunch at Gather, with excellent food (capable of accommodating a vegetarian), efficient and friendly service, and attractive ambiance. It was a great choice!

The food was ok. I didn’t like what I ordered (spicy tomato pizza). It had too much going on. Too many competing flavors. My guest enjoyed her pepperoni pizza though and our other guest thought the smash burger was good. Service was great. Location and ambience were nice. Our table happened to have a bench along a window with a lot of ants everywhere which was a bit unfortunate.

Staff was accommodating and professional. Roasted corn soup was delicious. Smash burger was very good. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Yummy food for vegetarians and omnivores. Hard to pick our dinners with so many good choices on the menu. Great service. All good!

For many years my friends and family have gone to gather for the Sun Farms Burger. Suddenly it was replaced by an overcooked smash burger that I wouldn’t even eat at the state fair! Completely unacceptable to serve a carnival treat at a quality restaurant. I know a smash burger can be easily cooked by a teenager because it has no nuance in the temperature of the meat. It’s probably preferred by a teen but Gather is a sophisticated restaurant. Do better Gather or lose customers

Everything was wonderful! Thank you! We loved all the gluten-free options and non-gluten-free options for the regular eaters. Everything was delicious!
