The Garden Terrace at The Hilton Denver Inverness
The food was excellent and the Jazz trio provided a relaxing dining experience. I enjoyed it!
We have not be back since Mothers Day, this was our first time and the food was luke warm at best, crab legs the first time we went up were brownish color and tasted terrible. More were brought out and were the perfect color and tasted better. The hot entrees were not tasty due to being cold or warm. Lox was fresh and very tasty, unfortunately it was not kept up and was always out when we went up. Bagels were dry and hard. Prime rib was way over done and cold.
We love seeing Clara when we have brunch dates , the service is always beyond expectations, the music is fun and festive , and the food quality, selection and staff are top notch !
It was a very good meal, however VERY expensive....
Consistently one of the best brunches around! Go early for the best selection.
Ran out of lots of things on the Buffett. Never had cream cheese, no ginger for sushi, very limited on cheese n charcuterie, no whipped cream for waffles just to name a few. For $47 per person this should not happen. Going downhill!!
Great selection. Nice live music. One of the best brunches.
We actually didn’t eat at the Garden Terrace. It was closed due to come big event. We ate in the fireside grill and the staff was great!
Wonderful place for a special occasion, large party or or a simple one on one.
Good variety of food. The garlic shrimp with pea risotto was spectacular. Tables are very close together so we felt crowded and a bit intruded upon. Had to make 2 requests for something to clean my hands after eating crab legs then I was brought a hot lemon towel which was nice. Jazz band was great.
The service was great for the first 25 minutes. Then it was painful waiting for more service. Paid $134 plus including tip and basically had to beg for unlimited mimosa's. One server came by and filled my glass half full because the bottle was empty and never returned. Roast beef station cut the grossest piece of meat I've ever had at a buffet in my life. I lived in Vegas for 10 years and thought I'd seen it all, this place used to be spectacular but they have fallen drastically and are not worth the time or money anymore.
good food, good service. A lot of options for every eater!
My sons bday. It’s his favorite buffet!
Great service and ambiance.
Food variety is terrific.
Positive - We are treated like family at the desk. They remember us and greet us by name - super nice and you always get us a table close to the buffet - A big Thank You! excellent bacon, nice big peeled shrimp and great cocktail sauce. I add wasabi to the cocktail to fire it up.
Suggestion - didn't see any soup, loved your cream of mushroom in the past. Maybe a turkey at the carving station for Thanksgiving. Wasn't sure the Caesars dressing was Caesars, labels? Maybe some sweet rolls with lots of nuts. One time at Mother's Day you had a sauce for the prime rib that was out of the world. Haven't seen the sauce since. I missed the blue cheese and Brie.
Thanks for wonderful food we have enjoyed for at least 30 years. Paul, Aurora, CO
Very nice morning. The hotel is lovely and the food was very good.
Sunday brunch was amazing! A huge selection of food, there’s something for everyone.
Incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. Began with a cold greeting by the manager. Upon sitting down, 2/4 coffee cups were visibly soiled. At the table with clean plates, someone had placed their food refuse, which sat for 15 minutes before staff bothered to clear it. Food options at 1 PM were minimal and clearly not fresh, and not being replenished. Our server, Katie, was wonderful and helpful. However, the young man serving the prime rib was rolling his eyes at guests, and the servers were audibly griping about the guests. Another server sneezed into her hands and wiped her hands on her apron. This was a 70th birthday celebration and an unbelievable disappointment. Poor service, unpalatable food, and unsanitary to boot.
The food was great as always. I like that there are always some new and interesting dishes.
But, otherwise today didn't spark joy for me, but it's usually much better, so I will give it another chance.
> 10 minutes after brunch opened, several items hadn't been put out. Cocktail sauce, dressings, etc. had no spoons available.
> The bubbly appears to have been downgraded from Freixenet to ??. (probably fine if you're a mimosa person - I prefer straight dry bubbly.)
> We had to flag down the servers twice when our glasses ran dry (and yes, we were sipping). Not so great when it's $12 extra pp for the bubbles.
> The new musician trio was stationed at a higher level than the old one, which made them seem louder. If you like quiet, I'd suggest asking for a table away from them.
Best brunch in Colorado
We've only been to the Sunday brunch and it is always a great experience. The staff is attentive and the food is abundant and well prepared.
As always, we had a wonderful brunch at the Garden Terrace, where we go every month or so. Will be looking forward to next time, as the ambiance, service and food are unsurpassed. We always come away refreshed from a lovely experience.
Waited for a long time for coffee refills. Some of the food was not very hot from buffet. Other than that everything else was great.
The variety offered at the Sunday Brunch was amazing, it was hard to choose from all the flavorful foods. It was hard to not jump right into the delicious desserts! Everyone was able to get what and how much they wanted, the wait staff was attentive and very polite, and the jazz trio that was playing in the background made for a very enjoyable experience!
Great variety of food available. Seafood prime rib to omelettes.
Pricey, but worth it. The food was amazing, music was wonderful, staff pleasant
This is all-you-can-eat hotel food. The oysters were flabby and flavorless; the cocktail shrimp were bland and water-logged. Prime rib was nicely rare, but not very flavorful. Bacon-wrapped pork loin was good but not great, with no evidence of the bacon. The Asian-style pork belly was very nice. My husband liked the cod (which he thought tasted like scallops) so much he had seconds. He also liked the chicken pot pie. On the breakfast buffet the bacon and breakfast sausage were tasty; eggs Benedict was pretty good but the English muffin was tough and hard to cut through. They do have an omelet station, and they're probably good. They also make crepes to order for dessert.
Service was friendly but scattered. We had to ask twice about the "champagne" option, and then ask for it to be served twice. I think there are better brunch options in and around Denver, especially at this price point.
Great food. Wonderful server (Chelsie). Price is kinda high.
Lots of good food options. The seafood display was the best, it outdid the pastry’s. It was overpriced for the selection, & the decor needs to be updated. The ambiance was not good.
Great service and fine food. Great for business lunch meetings.
Excellent service and great atmosphere. The live music was exceptional and the room was well positioned and limited the venue from being overcrowded. My only complaints were that the food was not laid out well or in order, people were bumping into each other and it was a bit disorganized. The popular omelet station was poorly placed. Also, I was very disappointed not to see pancakes as an option.
Once again the service for Sunday Brunch was outstanding. As a repeat customer, seeing the staff is liking visiting a friend. The quality and selection of food was again outstanding. Nice little changes to the presentation of the smoked fish board and charcuterie board area.
We love this place. Go every Mothers day, Birthday, Fathers Day, Easter and will continue to.
They couldn’t find our Open Table reservation even after I showed them the email. It was 11 am, they said help yourself to the buffet so we tried, I was given a stern “for future reference” talk that it closed at 10 am and there was hardly anything there and they were clearing it while we dished up. We had to ask twice for drinks. Bad all the way around.
Great service, not crowded as it was Memorial Day weekend. The food was fresh, plentiful and a great selection. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.
Sunday Brunch is amazing! Tons of food choices, great atmosphere, clean with friendly accommodating staff.
Service started off a little shaky, but improved through the meal. Price is a little high. Food was really good.
Graduation and Birthday
Very nice! Great food, service and ambiance. A little pricey but well worth it for a celebration,
Loved everything about this visit. My husband and I had been here years ago and it was great just a lil on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. We took some friends of ours this time. They all loved it! We are now planing our next trip. Love, love, love.
