   The bone-in strip loin was maybe mediocre at best. Cooked correctly, but gristley and chewey. Not as good as the prime from Costco. Sides were good. French onion soup got high marks and the escargot was simply amazing. A nice dinner had by all, but overall disappointment with steak quality. Service was very, very, very superior.

   Our Anniversary dinner at Gallagher’s was amazing! My husband and I split several items and they came out already split for us. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a delicious crust! Would definitely recommend if you have never been.

   Our food wasn’t as good as before! Steaks ( ribeye bone in ) both were extremely fatty, very disappointed! Baked potato was dry and hard ! We’ve eaten there several times but this time very disappointed!

   A great dining experience from start to finish! Got our pre-dinner drinks from Joe at the bar, super professional & patient. Our server Caroline, & her helper, were also very friendly, professional & patient, helping with answers to several questions about the menu. Finally, the food.......excellent! My wife & I prefer our steaks medium-well to well done, & the kitchen got it perfect! My steak, my money paying for it, & through the years we've learned that if the chef knows how to cook, they can get it right. Loved the "casual, but not too casual" dress code, & not ridiculous pricing. Will make Gallagher's our "steak stop" on future Vegas trips!

   Gallagher's is a great restaurant as was evidenced by the number of people dining there....no empty tables. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our servers anticipated everything we needed before we even knew we needed something. This restaurant is a superb choice for a special occasion or just a night out. Highly recommend it.

   My wife scallops smelled fishy and texture was off, were not fresh and had to be sent back. Steak was good and all vegetables were not cooked enough. Service was awesome.

    Gallagher's is my go-to while in Las Vegas. My opinion is that Gallagher's is better than Prime at Bellagio (less crowded and less hassle) and better than Morton's (better price and better quality). Regardless of where I stay, I always go to Gallagher's for dinner. Kudos to Gallagher's for bring back the Surf and Turf and it being off the menu for a few years.
