Fayetteville Restaurants

We had another excellent meal at Lucky 32. Heirloom tomato appetizer was delicious with perfectly ripe tomatoes. We had the short rib and scallops as entrees. Both were delicious and accompanied vegetables (green beans, okra and succotash) were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I did not indicate on res that it was our anniversary but they noticed from my Open Table profile and brought us a complementary dessert and wished us happy anniversary. Nice touch, thank you!

Have been asking friends where they would recommend we celebrate our anniversary and Ashten's was suggested. We have been here just over 5 years and have been mostly disappointed with the restaurant offerings here, but it probably isn't fair to compare here to where we would celebrate special occasions when we were living in California - Napa, Sonoma and the Bay area. This place did not disappoint. We kept it simple. I had the Pork chop, excellent! Perfectly done, moist, jucy and flavorful. My wife had the Trout and had the same experience. Tried the pecan pie with homemade ice cream for dessert which was also very good. We sat in the main dinning room which was quiet but next time I we'll take the pub area which look a little more relaxed and fun. The only thing that came as a bit of a surprise was the price of our after dinner drinks which were $10 higher each than what was shown in the online (guess I should have asked). Still a very very enjoyable evening and a definite place to return to and to recommend.

The food was wonderful - hot and fresh. The service was good as well. A little loud but typical for this type restaurant. Definitely will be back !

Our waiter, Van, did an amazing job! We were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday with our best friends and the evening could not have been better!

Great food, prompt and attentive staff, and a great atmosphere. We had the Octoberfest beer, BBQ ribs and jambalaya. Throw in some calamari and sweet potato buns and everything was delicious. Will come again.
