Alina is a fusion Izakaya style of Japanese cuisine. The dishes are designed to be shared at the table and eaten in several plates over a period of time. We work with local fishermen and local farmers fro ingredients such as Snapper, Lobster, Mahi, Tuna to create our unique dishes here.
OMAKASE EXPERIENCE: Enjoy Chef Ken's creation at the Sushi Bar: approximately 15 to 20 bites of the Chef's selection (nigiris, sashimi, sushi, ceviche, carpaccio, gyoza, lobster and many more...). - Please note that a minimum of 2 guests is required for the Omakase Experience.
Alina is located in the heart of Maho village, above Casino Royale. Parking is available at the Sonesta Hotel behind Maho village.

    This was one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to! Lobster ravioli appetizer, veal ossobucca, exotic gelato and berry dessert, and cappuccino. Complimentary lemon cello shots to finish! Outstanding!
