    This restaurant is a romantic gem. The ambiance, the service, the food all was amazing. Carlos served us and he was hands down amazing. He was attentive and on point with food choices. The driver for the transportation shuttle was also attentive and very nice. This is one of my favorite places on earth and I have traveled the world. Thank You Bamboo House. I am a travel agent and now i definitely have a spot to refer all of my guests.

    We greatly enjoyed the opportunity to eat at Roma, 4 times over 15 days. That is the most times we have visited a restaurant in a 2 week stay in 30+ visits to Sint Maarten. From beginning to end, each of our visits was a memorable occasion with wonderful food, great service and just an overall exceptional dining experience. Marco and Matteo have created an amazing establishment and populated it with amazing staff. We had the pleasure of having Yolaine as our waitress each visit and the service and interaction she provided was over the top. Yolaine was supported by Michelle, Alecia, Shana and many others all of whom were wonderful in providing us with an amazing dining experience.
