My husband I went there to celebrate our anniversary. The ambience was lovely. The customer service was excellent. They had numerous Gluten Free options and offered to make a few other dishes gluten free if they I wanted them. They went above and beyond. The food was outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant. Such a beautiful experience.

Would loved to rate zero. Not an option. Food was terrible. My wife ordered the Famous Lasagna. What a joke. It was a lasagna noodle with over cooked Italian sausage and cheese wrapped in the noodle with sauce poured on top. I ordered Veal Parmesan. Veal was burnt on the bottom and it was served on top of macaroni noodles. Utensils and glass were dirty. Waiter quickly removed the glass. The server was pleasant. Always loved dining at Fried Green Tomatoes Restaurant during our visits to Galena. Don’t intend dining there again.

The food was DELICIOUS! The waitstaff was very attentive and helpful. Our waiter, Brittany, overheard it was our anniversary, and gave us a complimentary dessert (and selected my wife’s favorite dessert without me saying anything, so I looked really good). Definitely a must-go!

Excellent recommendation by our waiter-the pork was delicious. My husband always orders a beef filet, and is never disappointed! And … he gets to enjoy gluten free garlic bread! Never had a poor meal or experience!

Me & my wife came for our wedding anniversary. We were told "happy anniversary" at least 3 times. We also got an anniversary dessert. Our reservation was for 7:30. We showed up at 6:40 and we were serviced immediately. Jack daniels porterhouse was amazing.

Too noisy for decent conversation. Bad experience with an entree that was over cooked, returned for a redo, and over cooked again! Service/server was very good.

Every year we come on our anniversary and get the same food, the Lasagna and the Meatloaf and they are always amazing! And this year we had the steak tips for a starter and had a silk pie icecream for desert and omg it was so good we were so full by the end but it was so amazing! Will continue to come every year for our anniversary!
