First and foremost, the ambiance of sitting outside on a deck overlooking the marina and the river can't be beat. Our Open Table reservation was promptly honored, although we had to insist that we be seated where requested on the outside rather than in the bar area. Recognizing that this is a resort hotel, we were not surprised that the food and beverage prices appear to be 20% above the prices charged in nearby establishments without the resort environment. Our food choices-a salmon burger, a cheeseburger, fish and chips and lobster pasta - along with sweep potato fries were above average. Unfortunately, because of the apparent short staffing, there were long periods of time between ordering and being served. When a second round of beverages was ordered, we were almost finished our meal before they arrived in sporadic deliveries. The wait staff (Taryn), however, was cheerful and accommodating, but it appeared that the kitchen and the bar area were backed up. Given the fact that the restaurant is at a resort hotel during season, the experience exceeded our expectations.

My wife ordered chicken sandwich and the bread was soggy. Piece of chicken breast was small, not worth the money. Taste was bland and was sent back. They also forgot to add the house chips that came with the meal. A side of fries, very small paper bag was way over priced at $7.95. For comparison about the same size and amount as child portion fries McD’s. Waite staff not attentive, no refills on soda offered, had to ask several times before we got one refill.

Everything about this restaurant is very well done, service, ambience, etc., except the food is on the mediocre side. Ordered the lobster roll and it neither looked appetizing nor tasted great. It would be a fabulous place if they paid more attention to their kitchen.

So delicious! our service was fantastic, very friendly and polite. we were able to bring our dog and sit outside, which was great. We will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere by the water. Friendly, attentive server. Our meals were very good and served in a timely manner. We were not rushed to order and were given time to visit with friends that we had not seen for over a year. Would definitely return!

Wide selection of delicioud food and refreshing drinks and wine. Beautiful dining room overlooking the harbor. Service was awesome, very attentive and they did not rush you through dinner. Great place for a romantic dinner, birthday celebration or a special occasion. We definitely will return to this great restaurant.
