Sunday brunch was amazing! So many choices: beef, ham, bacon, sausage, shrimp, cod, salmon. Tables full of baked goods, salads, sides, an omelet station, loaded dessert table…just more than I can name. Lovely setting, beautiful views. Clean, quiet, well decorated. Would highly recommend for a special birthday or anniversary.

We were happy to have Maria as she was very attentive to my husband who is disabled. Food was great-- we sat on the porch so ambience was not quite as lovely as the dining room but we were happy!

We loved the location and the inn and the views were gorgeous. As far as the restaurant Fresh Salt, I didn’t find the food that good. My dinner was luke warm, barely any seasonings and tasted very bland. I was extremely disappointed that they didn’t have a gluten free fryer. I wanted the calamari or fish n chips but that was not available nor could I have French fries. They had gluten free options though. The dessert was wonderful. If they had a gluten free fryer, I would have enjoyed it a lot more

That was my first time there and I will go back. Food is solid, moderate price, service is really good and the ambience is terrific. I loved it.

The food is outstandingly prepared, the service is excellent. The cocktails are superb. The only drawback is that the menu is extremely limited.

Lovely spot in Old Saybrook! It’s consistently good. Also has a fun cocktail list too. Also the best truffle tater tots, just for kicks I tried them.

We booked the Sunday Brunch buffet. The Hotel and the restaurant is amazing. The food is excellent, very well presented and high quality. I would say that it's well worth the price. The lunch menu is also great with reasonable prices. What makes the dining experience perfect is the staff - the host, the table staff and our server. The staff at the buffet stations were very engaging too. Our server was incredible and made us feel so special. She was so kind to our family and when we come back we hope to see her again.

Our server Kristen, Was EXCEPTIONAL!!! There were seven of us and several with dietary issues. She handled it all with such grace and made us all feel comfortable. The food was delicious, but she made it even more special.
