Excellent food - the italian specialties are wonderful, but so are the international favorites like steak, lamb chops, branzino, etc. in addition to the amazing northern Italian dishes. Franco is a brilliant chef!

All six of us really liked the dishes we ordered; they were delicious. But the service was a bit slow and unskillful. There was some ungainly reaching across the table. And at the appropriate time towards the end of the meal, we were not asked if we wanted anything else. We had to leave without the dessert and coffee that some of us wanted.

Finally- a great Italian restaurant in LA! Four of us had 2 salads and 4 pasta dishes - all of which were excellent. Chocolate dessert with homemade ice cream topped it off. Atmosphere is pretty casual and service was wonderful . Will definitely return.

I did a search on Open Table to find this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We LOVED it here. From the minute we walked in we were greeted in the kitchen and shown the way to the restaurant where we met Franco's partner Josh. I have to say that Josh just added to our dining experience. He was attentive, funny, informative, and did I say funny! The decor of the restaurant was very festive with all the holiday lights and we loved the trees growing against the walls. It felt like we were dining outdoors. The food was delicious. My daughters and I decided to share and we ordered the calamari starter which was crispy and delicious and the pieces were quite large. We also ordered the pear salad and it was so tasty, it didn't take us long to demolish it. We shared the Aragosta pasta which was so, so good, very flavorful and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Josh came and sat at our table to review the desserts and provide us with his recommendations and we settled on the Flourless Chocolate - so good I can still taste it and I want some right now! The Panna Cotta was so creamy, it just melted in the mouth. I had mentioned to Josh earlier in the evening that we had traveled over an hour to come dine in the restaurant and we were so glad we did. He rewarded us with a complimentary dessert and when he brought it to us he said 'I've never even had an ex who traveled over an hour to come visit me' LOL, the Apple Tartin was also good. It didn't take us long to demolish all three desserts. As we left, Josh gave us big hugs and kisses as if we were long, lost friends! We will definitely be back.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant. We love food, atmosphere, and service. All food is amazing gnocchi to die for!
