A hidden gem in the Knudsen`s Corner area of Holladay, Utah.

Franck`s is a casual fine dining restaurant set in a renovated old home with a warm, contemporary design. The dining room is small and cozy; it’s a friendly neighborhood "getaway". Franck`s menu may be described as American with a multi continental flare. On the menu you will find classic American comfort food such as fried chicken, meatloaf, and steak as well as exotic flavors from around the world.

At Franck`s our chef and his team prepares your meal as you watch him in our open kitchen and on our dining room `chef cam`! Franck`s sets a new standard for excellence in cuisine, service and ambiance at reasonable prices.

    Exceptional food, friendly and attentive staff. We keep trying new places and this is still our favorite restaurant. We love the Tuesday tasting menu, we are amazed with the chef’s creativity!

    The best meal we’ve had in some time! Every single thing we ordered was top notch. It was all so good we went home full and happy and with leftovers. Amazing service, and the outdoor patio is super comfy in the summer.

    We had an incredible dinner at Franck’s, and what truly elevated the evening was our server, Jess. From start to finish, Jess was warm, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personality, making us feel both well taken care of and completely at ease. The food, as always at Franck’s, was exceptional—creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—but Jess’s service made the whole experience feel even more memorable. She anticipated what we needed without being intrusive and handled our table with effortless grace. Highly recommend asking for Jess if you visit. She’s a true pro and made our night outstanding.

    Francks is our "go to" restaurant for imaginative, interesting and delicious food as well as excellent, competent and kine service. We think Rob is the best chef in Utah.

    Great food and great service for a very reasonable price. A menu like we've not seen anywhere else. Can't believe we've never been here. Will definitely come back. Wendy and Rachel did an amazing job.

    The Fondue at Francks is wonderful- such a fun and yummy experience. The new summer Sunday brunch menu looks great. We tried the watermelon burrata salad along with the fondue and it was delicious. Rob’s menus are incredibly inventive and intelligent…a gourmet experience.
