Eating at Francks is always a wonderful experience. This time what stood out the most was the wonderful, incredible service provided by the staff. Of course you come for the food which is always special, but the service was superb, especially with the restrictions due to the pandemic. Thank you all for making this a special Christmas Eve celebration.

Amazing service, food and ambiance
For $80 dollars per person the meal was subpar and the service was horrible. The young woman serving our table was frequently unavailable and kept forgetting items requested. Her conversation with the table next to us saying she wanted to get out of restaurant service was in really poor taste and absolutely came through in her service for our Thanksgiving dinner. The last time I frequented Franks was many years ago and was as well a bad experience. We will not be back....

YUMMIEST dinner and my new favorite restaurant! Brussel sprouts are the absolute best I've ever had! We also ordered the tomato tart, wagu beef, pumpkin bisque, and fried chicken. Everything was PERFECTION from presentation to flavor, including the service. They have an extensive wine list as well as seasonal cocktails. We were told that the menu changes daily, with a few staples that stay on the menu. Our waitress came by and told us that our entrees took longer than they normally would (we were enjoying ourselves and weren't bothered at all by the wait), so she was going to give us a dessert of our choice to take home, which was very nice! We got the carrot cake and it was the most beautiful dessert. Such a wonderful experience, and we are so excited to go back!

I have been going to Franck's for years. It is one of my "go to" restaurants for everything from special occasions to a night with a friend "just because". Food is amazing and service is always on point!
Everything was quite great ... I wrote in my reservation that was our anniversary and t believe that was the only thing they missed . Great ambiance, amazing food ! We try the sample menus and was soo good !
I think the restaurant was fantastic overall, but a few things could have been improved. The room temperature was chilly. Some of the prices were a little too high, especially desserts. That was one of the disappointment I had for desserts' choices.
I wouldn't mind going again and hope it will improve.

We sat outside and the temperature was delightful. We had beets and brussell sprouts for the appetizers. Both were delicious. The soup was sage yogurt and was creamy and savory. For the main courses: sea bass and lamb shank. The fish was flaky and moist. Full of flavor. The lamb fell off the bone. Our waitress, Nicole, was terrific.
My husband and i were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary with close friends and the evening and weather couldn't have been more perfect for mid-October! We were seated outside in a quiet corner but were able to see most of the diners outside Tuscany's as well as Franck's. We ordered the Three Cheese Fondue and all of us lapped it up, the cheese was so melty and good. Each of us had various appetizers and enjoyed them thoroughly! Our entrees were each different, Sea Bass, Waygu Beef, Lamb Shank and the Bolognese on sheet pasta. The presentations were a work of art!
Our server, Ashley, gave exceptional service to make sure we made good choices of our meals, and that we were happy.
We ate quite a lot of food and brought our own wine and Champagne, we were stuffed! I recommend bringing a big appetite to enjoy all the delights offered!
