   Over priced. The food wasn’t that great, the selection of meat was okay, could’ve done better with sides and keeping the bread and desserts replenished. We were there for 20 minutes by time the bread was replenished which was cold with cold butter to try to put on it. By time we went up for dessert there was hardly anything there (too many people with four desserts that had barely anything left) our server came to our table to bring our drinks then we didn’t see him again until we were finished (we never got our drinks re-filled. Very disappointed!

   We went for a champagne brunch and told the server from the beginning. She had too many tables or the tables were too large and we barely got refills. The rating would have been higher had the service been better. Also, they kept taking our flatware and not replacing it or telling us where to get it.

   I wasn’t aware that the meal was a buffet. Online menus were for a regular dining experience. That said the food was ample and varied although steak was not on the menu. Enjoyed the salmon and pick your pasta.

   We were a group of 16 and a group of 50 were seated just before us and seated in a room beside us down a few steps so we had to enter their space to get in line as it reached the length of their room. I'm 70 and I have never felt compelled to write a review in my life however. I am pretty disappointed.. The party of 50 or more lined up to this small area brunch and when we were told we could go. there was no where to go so we waited for 10 minutes or more and then some of our members decided to eat dessert first. and they did.. I continued waiting for the line to go down and by then the larger party were going back for seconds.. I finally went into their room and waited. a tedious long wait as they were looking at the salad bar and it was moving so slow,. When i finally made it to the buffet there was a spoonful of mac and cheese no samon 1 piece of chicken . I feel very poor choices for 26.00.. When I went to desert the other group were surrounding that section and I could not even get close . It seemed they were waiting for 1 one 9 inch pie to come out..(. One),there were 10 people waiting for it. One Pie... Then The Minister behind us stood giving a loud Sermon. My Husband spoke to our server and she may have handled it. When I made the reservations I asked clearly and specifically If Tip would be included and I was told No so we collected a 15 % tip which left a shortfall on the payment prompting the server to call over the manager .I diffused the situation until I could figure where we went wrong with the money .. So for my self. What was to be a uplifting ,smooth. stress free happy luncheon was a dissapointment to all . I should feel good tonight about planning this.. I do not..

   Lovely dining experience with 5 other ladies. Food was delicious and filling. Love the atmosphere and our waitress was amazing.

   This place didn't do it for me. The food and delivery was basic and boring. Prime rib was cold.

    This was my first time dining at Swan Terrace for the brunch buffet. I definitely would not go back. All the food was cold not much was appetizing due to the temperature. Sorry I will not be returning.
