The foie gras was bangin'. Cocktails were on point. The lamb should be illegal it's so good. Throw in the view and ya have a recipe for a must try spot.
The food was excellent.
It was extremely loud with big groups behind us so really took away from view and experience as just wanted to leave as couldn’t even have a conversation.
Just a lot of options in Vegas. Food was pretty disappointing, and it was really really quiet; which for a Saturday night was not our speed. Service was great. I would just choose to spend my money elsewhere.
Over-rated. Not worth the money. I wouldn't go back. Very limited menu
Will definitely be back
Love this place, the prime rib i had was on point. The view of the Vegas strip is amazing.
It was incredible ambiance with great service ♥️
Cool place, great food and service and the view was awesome.
What happened to this place? It used to be GREAT in every way. Not anymore. Over-rated. Not worth the money. The food was below average. For a party of three we spent more money on one dinner here than we did at a Michelin star restaurant in Paris. The only thing this place has going for it is the view of the Las Vegas strip. But you will pay dearly for it if you have dinner here. Las Vegas has so many places to dine and I wouldn't choose Foundation Room House of Blues Las Vegas. The people on the ground floor are just rude.
on the steak being dry aged bone in, i wasn't impressed, ok flavor but was rather tough especially for the price, i can do better on my own buying from the store to cooking. cocktails, not going to have more than one unless have money (guess i'm cheap) what paid for 3 can buy 1.75l bottle and last 2 months or more. the foundation room is more for celebrities' and well off in money matters.
David took excellent care of us. Bone in rib-eye, red wine and cigars over looking the strip !
Good food gorgeous view nice ambience. Lounge was nice but still empty when we went around 10 on a sunday. Worth experiencing for the views off the balcony
Amazing service, food and ambiance! Went to celebrate a decade birthday and it was beyond my expectations!
We were so impressed it was our first time having dinner here and we will be back soon
Everything was amazing!!!!
Everything was very good except the oysters which were very disappointing. Avoid those.
We love the Foundation. Great experience, and great memories! Morgan was great!
Very good meal at the Fountain Room. The scallops were great!
The venue and view are worth the visit. We ordered steak and weren't provided steak knives. Food was good, but we've had better. Complimentary entrance to the lounge is nice for photos of the view of the strip, except no seating unless you purchase bottle service.
Due to apparent inattention or lack of interest in satisfying previously-delivered customer requests on 8/29, this was the worst dining experience I have had in 25 years of numerous trips to Las Vegas. This was also to be a birthday dinner. The only exception to an otherwise bad experience was our waitress who apologized for circumstances and covered appetizers before we left and went to another restaurant (where we were treated hospitality that salvaged the evening.)
This was my 3rd trip to Foundation Room within last year...first was very good, second was down from first, and as noted above the 3rd was extremely disappointing.
Beautiful restaurant perfect for a quiet date
Exceptional service (David), wonderful food, unbeatable views!
Everything was great! Our waiter was excellent!
Everything was fantastic I have no complaints and the view is just stunning! Our server was just fantastic!! One of the best things we did in Vegas as a couple!
Awesome place, great food and view. Bring back the statues
Great service and food
Food was great, our service was amazing and the ambiance was perfect! Will definitely go back!
The only negative comment would be drastic difference in our cocktails from one bartender to another
It was amazing! The food and the energy, we’re all amazing.
Dining for one felt awkward but Morgan my server was awesome and personable. She is very informative about the goods and the not so goods. I appreciated her time and serving me. Lately going to restaurants have been taxing due to the pandemic and consumers patience. However she did not allow that to stop her bubbly personality.
Wine : Coppola Sofia Rosé
Appetizer: Chacuterie Board
Entree: Lamb Loin medium well
Side: Mac n Cheese
Dessert: Apple Pudding
I would definitely be returning to the Foundation Room and yes the views are everything
Amazing, last time we were there was 17 years ago when I asked my Wife to marry me on the patio. The ambiance is amazing, now having the lounge to enjoy a nice drink and music in was the perfect end to a great night.
We were looking forward to a nice dinner to celebrate our 31st anniversary and decided to come here. The food took about 45 minutes and was so mediocre and bland, to say the least. Ordered a cucumber zen cocktail, it was watered down, no taste, and couldn’t taste any liquor at all. The guests at a nearby table were obnoxiously loud and used profanity the entire time we were there. When finished, our table was cleared and we still remained there about 30 minutes waiting for the bill with no waitress in site. My husband had to go in search just so we could pay and get the heck out. So much for wanting a nice romantic dinner, we definitely didn’t get that. We had planned on going to the lounge afterwards but had no desire anymore and just left. It was not worth the money at all, so disappointed.
It's very misleading having a high end restaurant watch the nightclub from your dinner table.
You are under the impression you're in a nice establishment with cleaning music indoors. Meanwhile you overload a balcony with half naked servers and drunk patrons playing music so loud you can't talk to the person at your indoor table.
The concept is a miss. Pick one thing and do it, don't mix two experiences that are nothing alike.
The food was also a miss so I'm thinking drop the restaurant and just be the nightclub since that's the priority.
Great views from the deck. I enjoyed our food. Little pricy but that is Vegas
Birthday; forgot to place one of our orders.
My friend and I had dinner reservations and reservations for the lounge. Dinner was uneventful and great. The food was good and the ambiance was amazing! Once done with our meal, we walked over to the lounge for our 9pm reservation. We sat down then was told to check in first. Initially I was told we didn’t have reservations but someone came up and found our reservations. By the way, I prepaid for drinks prior to our visit. Once our reservations were confirmed, we were lead to our table and lo and behold, we were seated in the back in the corner of the room by the door leading to the outside balcony. This was not acceptable and I voiced it and we were moved to a much better location (the table where we originally sat down). I found it very curious and offended that they would even have the audacity to sit us off in the corner like lepers, next to a door in which people were going to be going in and out of. Nevertheless, once this issue was resolved, we had a wonderful time. The drinks were fine except for that last Paloma which tasted like alka seltzer. The first one we had when we first arrived was good but the second one toward the end was horrible.
The view was the best part of dinner. Food was good, not great. Service was less than attentive. I would be happy to return if I had access to only the bar/roof top experience.
Definitely have to say that the atmosphere of the Foundation Room is very cool.
The service was great and drinks were awesome. The salad was great and Mac and cheese was good. But as for the steaks. One was over cooked and one was way undercooked. It was cool though as after dinner we were able to go outside and finish our drinks and enjoy the view of the strip from the balcony.
