This place is fantastic! The service was perfect - attentive, but not intrusive. The food was delicious and interesting. We were completely happy.
Service was very good and knowledgeable, food is tasty though the pork chop was underwhelming with a lot of fat. Intimate neighborhood space with makeshift patios out front and side. Recommend sitting outside as the interior ventilation is very poor. You will leave covered in the smell of stale cooked food. Beer and wine only. We will return, order differently, and sit outside.
The food is so flavorful. The staff is very friendly.
Gruyère popovers. That's all you need to know. (Also the staff is a trip.)
I love this place! My only complaint is the space is tiny, which makes for a loud and somewhat cramped dining experience when the dining room is full.
It was our first time here and we will be back. From the hip scene to the awesome service and food, everything was awesome.
F&D never disappoints!! Another fantastic meal, the food just gets better.
I forget about Foreign & Domestic and then I go back and wonder why I don’t go there all the time. I guess because I do not live close but this establishment is worth the drive. Yum! I rated ambiance only as good simply because in this day of COVID things are weird but they manage it very well with their outdoor seating.
Everything was phenomenal. The gnocchi was devine. Can't wait to go back.
We had a delicious meal sitting on their patio. Both the food and wine were fantastic.
We have been before and had wonderful food and service, this was no different. Meredith was absolutely amazing and made wonderful suggestions to guide us through the meal. The only thing we would have liked was a couple other options for starters. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
I absolutely LOVE this place. The food is incredible
Great first experience at F&D! We sat outside, and after seeing the space, I wish I chose inside reservations, because the bugs and heat were a lot. But, the food and service were above and beyond, and the HH is awesome!
The pork was great, but the popovers were a bit burnt, and the pasta was cold and bland.
Amazing meal at a wonderfully busy restaurant. The server made sure we were able to order happy hour even though we were at the tail end of service, and we followed her recommendations. Risotto was perfectly cooked, grouper had super crispy skin and the charred green beans with preserved lemon were perfect. Make sure to get the mushroom creme brûlée for dessert if you can. Let too full and very happy.
Delicious! Great farm to table food, very fresh. Good for a brunch with my mom!
We love F&D. Especially the popovers!
Today was louder than usual but not a big deal
Simply delicious. Rich but in a "worth the calories" way. Definitely a wonderful treat for a weekend brunch.
Unique flavors and fresh ingredients that creatively offer new twists on menu delights.
Brunch was fantastic ! Blueberry mimosa, Grueyere & Black Pepper popovers, strawberry salad & smoked candied pecans , fennel, dill & the fried chicken egg sandwich with red gravy.😋😋😋😋😋
I think this restaurant has potential, but it needs improvement.
When I saw the menu's prices online, I was misled into expecting a high-end, cozy, relaxing dining experience. Instead, the space feels like a renovated garage, crowded with far too many tables both inside and out on the lawn.
Two big issues that compromised the indoor atmosphere were the noise and the flies. The room is like resonant echo chamber--way too loud for calm conversation. And the owners need to install an exterior screen door to keep flies out. They were everywhere, making the restaurant seem unclean.
The service was excellent, and the food was good (though I didn't like my dish--risotto, way too sour with vinegar). But currently the restaurant is not worth the money.
Excellent staff and amazing food. It’sa very cute spot too!
From the west coast and eat here a couple of times a year when visiting my son. Glad to see it has survived the pandemic and is still serving fine, creative dishes in an unfailingly friendly and welcoming environment.
Great place and unique cuisine
Will definitely return and recommend to others
Great happy hour and interesting menu
The kitchen was getting hammered and there was a loud, obnoxious table behind us that made it nearly impossible to have a conversation. That said, the staff was exceptional as always, checking on us frequently, apologizing for delays, and offering sympathetic looks about the rowdy brunch crowd. I've been in for dinner more times than I can count but I'm pretty sure this was my first brunch. Everything was incredible, I only wish I had more room in my belly to have tried a few other things. I guess I'll just have to go back! 😉
What a find! This farm to table place is perfect for brunch. Delicious, fresh ingredients. Couldn’t speak more highly about this experience. Our party size grew a little from when we initially booked and they were able to adjust without any issues. Their outdoor set up was well spaced out. My favorite item was actually a side dish, the fingerling potatoes, they were incredible and if you have a large or midsized group, get a few for the table. They rock! Their shared items, zucchini bread, strawberry salad were also yummy. Really good flavors for the chicken biscuit sandwich too!
Had a really wonderful brunch. The benny and chicken biscuit were great! Started with the cinnamon roll which was delicious. Waitress was awesome and will definitely be heading back in soon!!
2nd time and just as good as the first.
Strawberry and ricotta salad was mostly lettuce with 2-3 strawberries sliced up and a small smear of ricotta on the bottom (the strawberries were delicious but left me wanting more). Pork loin was very rich; the red cabbage slaw helped balance this. Heirloom grits were good but a little salty.
Restaurant was busy but was able to get last minute reservations for a decent hour (unlike more popular places), and parking was also easier than downtown establishments
Such a treat
Wish they had cocktails and didn’t worry so much about rushing us out for the next reservation. Killed the vibe of catching up with my long time friend
Great first dinner yesterday. Good enough, that I am going again today to try more items. Highly recommended.
We always have great food and great service. Our favorite place for a nice meal out!
Restaurant is too small. Food was good not crazy good. Service was great! Parking is really bad.
Great service and atmosphere! Food was delicious!!
Amazing as always! First time coming for brunch and first time bringing my toddler. Everything was delicious and even my picky toddler loved her meal.
Delicious - legit farm to table with a creative menu
The staff was so sweet and the food wasn’t bad. But just not worth the hype and the price. It was good but not outstanding.
The service was phenomenal. We werenofferrd specials and given great wine pairings. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced.
