The food is always consistently good and the service friendly but this time the service went even above and beyond the usual standards - our server was Liz, she was exceptionally patient. Two of our diners had a lot of specific food Allergy requests and she couldn’t have been happier to accommodate us. Everything was delicious. We arrived super early and were just going to sit at the bar and have a drink before our reservation, but they seated us. Our server was gracious and knew just when to stop by to offer more bread or another drink or ask if we were ready to order. The food was delicious! I got the trout amandine but will return soon to get the brie crepe. Well worth the trip from Wilmington! They have sidewalk seating and it will be lovely to sit there when the weather is warmer. And it's good a very nice wine list. (As it should, since it calls itself a wine bar, but I've been to other wine bars that didn't deserve the name.) The only slight negative and it really wasn't much of a negative is that the food runners put the wrong plates in front of the wrong diners each time, oops. And the noise level is a little loud when the place is full. But those are minor quibbles.
