   Second time coming to this location. The experience was awful. The food was okay this time around. Meats were not as flavorful nor well prepared. The service was the worst I had. I requested service items to arrive at my table but they never arrived. I was having dinner here for over an hour and the amount of times my waiter came to my table was probably twice. Had a bad experience here and this was one of my favorite go to places for dinner. Very disappointed in today's service. Will be taking a break from this location for a while, but hopefully they do better in my next visit.

   Server was amazing. But chairs were torn up, the grilled seafood tower was over cooked as well as a couple of meats they brought out. The floor was slippery too, seems like this place is deteriorating.

   We went here for a family dinner and while it was great being with family we were a little disappointed with the food overall. Salad bar was ok, not outstanding, and many of the dishes need to be updated with items that are more appealing. Steak was good (the chimichurri chicken was fantastic) but we felt like we had to chase down the servers with the cuts of meat we were looking for (we didn’t get the beef ribs until we had already checked out). Our main waitress was amazing, but we had an issue with another who refused to provide a box for my mother in law (who had ordered an entree, not the all you can eat) and we were really put off by the entire interaction. After a 700$ meal, not including tip, I would not return here and wouldn’t recommend.

   Salad bar was excellent. Some meats brought to the table were good, like the chicken and pork. Some of the beef meats were overcooked and tough even though requested medium. Will go back and try a different dinner option. Not a fan of the Churrasco experience due to the overcooked red meats...

   Fogos quality has diminished over the years. 90% of meat has little/no flavor. Waiting a very long time for the "good cuts" of meat and potatoes/bread to be replenished. Worst part was, servers got my bill wrong (overcharged me) and it took forever to TRY to get it corrected. I paid the bill in full, even though it was overstated, just to get out of there!

   The various meats here are outstanding. Today (Christmas) they seemed to be serving more steak than usual, which is always a wonderful thing! The sausage and pork were also delicious. The complimentary "shots" they were passing out were good, too. (They were actually small versions of several of their cocktails, including a couple kinds of Margaritas.) We've learned to not fill up on the salad bar, but instead to enjoy all the meats. This helps us feel we're getting better value for our meal. We've been to this location twice now, and each time have come away extremely satisfied.

   Third Christmas here. First bad experience. The Buffet was subpar- beans and rice empty soup was at bottom of kettle, fruit was not ripe, tomatoes were half ripe, salads were mostly empty and picked over- floors were greasy and slippery and they tried fixing it with rugs. Waitress took drink order and we waited 25 mins for water. Drinks came at 30 mins no ice in them. Refills took just as long- again no ice. We were sat at a far wall so meats didn’t reach us most of time as they served the people out front first. We asked for a few meats to come back to us and never got them, we did keep getting Parmesan pork and chicken with bacon over and over (cheaper cuts). We honestly couldn’t believe this experience as it’s never been this bad. Women’s toilets were filthy. I feel bad complaining on Christmas but we paid top dollar and our dinner was terrible.
