Inspired by the rustic simplicity of Italian cuisine, Chef Paul Minnillo offers Italian food to his new culinary venture in Cleveland, Ohio. From Flour’s larder, he creates his own house-cured meats, hand-crafted artisanal cheeses, pastas, neopolitan wood-fired pizzas and rustic Italian specialities. Flour seeks the freshest locally raised and homegrown products harvested at their seasonal peak. We do offer first come first serve patio seating.

Went for a birthday and things could not have gone better. Reservation was on time, no pressure to leave, great food and service. Its one of my favorite restaurants and continues to be. Just wish the prices were lower, but you get what you pay for.

I was at Flour for the first time after a lot of hype from other friends who raved how good it was. The ambiance was very nice, but our server Bill never introduced himself, we had to keep flagging him down to get appetizers started. He came to our table and rattled off the 'special's then ran off again in another direction without taking our orders. I had to ask him to come back so that he could take our order. Not impressed and he seemed like a veteran server, but not attentive at all. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. We love calamari and there's was cooked properly but way too salty and not any other appetizers we would enjoy. We got caesar's salads and I know it was the presentation that the romaine leaves were only cut in half, so it took me 5-10 mins to cut up my salad. The margarita pizza which is our favorite was ok. Put it this way, it's not somewhere I need to go again. To each his own I guess

First time experiencing a dinner. Usually has been lunch only. My wife and I enjoyed separate pasta dinners and both were amazing. My wife had the bolognese and I had lamb rigatoni. Enjoyed them very much! Will definitely be returning soon.

The food was delicious. My drink was amazing. Overall it was a lovely experience. The only negative was service. My table felt neglected. The table behind us received bread at least 10-15 mins before us, though they sat about 5 mins after us. Our server was slow to get our drink order. We were prepared with our whole order by that time. He did a great job of coursing our meal. He never asked if I wanted another drink, which I did. He checked on all of his other tables multiple times and barely came back to us. I asked for boxes and the check and it took another 15 mins to receive that. I felt wrongly judged and neglected.

We had a great evening... great food and excellent drinks.... Waitress was very nice and responsive.. There was a "good vib" in the restaurant that both my wife and myself noticed and love... I would recommend that you give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

All of our dishes were very delicious. We had 3 different appetizers and all four dinners were different and everyone loved theirs. The only reason it is not 5 stars, is due to our waiter. We waited so long for someone to come, that we had to ask for our waiter to please be sent to our table. Then he comes over and was SO rude and completely put out that he had to wait on us. He took our drink, appetizers and dinner order all at once. We asked if we could just please place the drinks and appetizers and he said “no, you need to place the whole order at once. The chef wants the whole order at once so if you can’t do that you can’t place the appetizer and drinks order”. We eat at high end restaurants frequently and NEVER have had any waiter say this. That wouldn’t have been such a big deal except he was so absolutely rude and angry at being there. The person who just delivered the food was just as rude and angry acting. Maybe its a whole staff issue but it definitely takes a big chunk out of the whole experience. We still had an amazing dinner, the food taste and presentation was EXCELLENT. Hopefully they can figure out their staff’s issues because it is a great restaurant, just has terribly rude service. We definitely will go again because the food is so good (this was not our first time there), but would refuse to have the same person as a waiter.

The waiter was very cordial. I was not that impressed with some of the food. The salads were very generous in size. The broccoli dish was just plain terrible. Had way to much vinaigrette poured in and overpowered the broccoli. Definitely not recommended. Also the baked carrots though generous in size and cooked properly had a strange flavor not to our liking. I believe it was one of the herbs used as a topping. The Yukon Crispers were very good. My fish was cooked nicely but luke warm when served. My date had the rib eye which she said was good. The chocolate mousse was very good but the lemon tart which tasted good was kinda dry. Due to the architecture it is rather noisy. Tables were nicely spaced apart. Had no trouble with parking availability. Overall I believe it was overpriced. The food was nothing to write home about and we both left feeling a bit disappointed with the overall meal.

I invited a friend who drove all the way from Akron to have dinner here. I was extremely disappointed with how we were treated from the second we sat down. She gave no introduction…no specials, no spiel… She just acted like she’d rather be somewhere else instead. The food was good, but service needs to step up their game. I was pretty embarrassed for having my friend drive an hour there and back just to have a subpar dining experience.

My overall experience was great, my waiter was a little ruff. Example, instead of placing basket of bread on table he tossed it, when asking a question he was dismissive and It felt rude. However, ever one else was pleasant and I would definitely return. Food was delicious.
